Project DescriptionThis mixed-use development is designed as a contemporary urban landmark in the dense commercial fabric of Peshawar Saddar. The project follows a clear vertical hierarchy with retail spaces at the lower levels, offices on the mid floors, and apartments above, ensuring functional efficiency and urban vibrancy.

The architectural expression is driven by a refined material palette of beige marble complemented by black marble accents at the podium level. Rope lighting is integrated along slab edges and vertical elements to highlight the massing and enhance the building’s night-time identity. The design balances modern aesthetics with durability and a strong street presence.
