这是一所由场所精神与儿童情感共同塑造的幼儿园——既被保护，又富于想象；既安全，又向未知与好奇敞开。建筑如同一座微缩村落，由一组金字塔形体量与开放庭院组成。朱红色的校舍在树林之间生长，温暖而亲切，融入周围的绿色景观之中。

Kinder Rain幼儿园的设计源于对场地记忆的提炼，并对威尼托地区传统乡土建筑Casone Veneto原型进行当代表达。这类农民与渔民居所以茅草屋顶为显著特征。项目通过连续的陶土色外壳，将三间教室界定为体量上的“例外”，呼应黏土建造与坡屋顶瓦作的历史传统。

建筑基座处设置了一条柔和、带色彩的混凝土坐凳，与地面自然衔接，既是公共家具，也构成教学与游戏、室内与室外之间的过渡界面。看似紧凑的体量内部，隐藏着实体与空隙的精妙对话：每间教室向外延展为一处受庭院围合的户外学习平台，在开放与庇护之间取得平衡。

如同围绕村庄广场展开的住宅，教室亦向内侧敞开，通过一处中央“阿戈拉”空间彼此连接。这里是共享的游戏与非正式学习场所，视线穿越教室、庭院与花园，在不同空间之间建立起连续而流动的关系。

视线最终被引导向上，汇聚于顶部的天窗。阳光如同日晷般记录时间的流逝，在具有肌理的木质顶棚上游走，形成对 Casone 茅草屋顶的一种克制而安静的当代回应。
