项目概况

Project overview

香山湖公园位于凤凰山西南角，珠海第一中学，大镜山水库西侧，梅西水库南侧，以74000平方米的湖体为主体，环湖建设的自行车道，缓步道各自独立，成为天然的“城市氧吧”和珠海市民的“健身圣地”。

Xiangshan Lake Park is located in the southwest corner of Phoenix Mountain, near Zhuhai No.1 Middle School, west of Dajingshan Reservoir, and south of Meixi Reservoir. With a 74,000-square-meter lake as its main body, the park features separate bicycle paths and walking trails built around the lake, making it a natural “urban oxygen bar” and a “fitness paradise” for Zhuhai citizens.

整体规划

Overall planning

岭南建筑重视选址立基，与环境融为一体。而作为市、区共建重点项目，位于香洲区香山湖畔的香山文化艺术中心和香山迎宾馆在何镜堂院士的带领下作为整体统一规划。项目试图回应香山文化主张顺应自然、坚守正统并开放创新的思想，创造性地提出“倚山、迎石、观湖”的整体规划概念，群体布局融入自然又丰富景观，既是对传统文化底蕴的继承，也是对建设现代文明的追求。作为弘扬优秀传统文化的重要载体，项目统筹规划水系、建筑、景观、配景、灯光五大建设元素，营造人与自然和谐共生的岭南园林格局，为市民游客提供休闲度假、亲山近水、具有岭南特色的文化空间。

Lingnan architecture emphasizes site selection and integration with the surrounding environment. The Xiangshan Cultural and Art Center and Xiangshan Guesthouse, key projects jointly developed by the city and district governments and located on the banks of Xiangshan Lake in Xiangzhou District, were planned as a unified whole under the leadership of Academician He Jingtang. The project attempts to respond to the Xiangshan cultural philosophy of respecting nature, upholding tradition, and embracing innovation. It creatively proposes an overall planning concept of “leaning against the mountain, embracing the rocks, and overlooking the lake,” integrating the building layout into the natural environment while enriching the landscape. This represents both an inheritance of traditional cultural heritage and a pursuit of modern civilization. As an important vehicle for promoting excellent traditional culture, the project comprehensively plans five major construction elements—water systems, architecture, landscape, supporting features, and lighting—to create a Lingnan-style garden pattern that fosters harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, providing citizens and tourists with a cultural space for leisure and recreation amidst mountains and water, imbued with distinctive Lingnan characteristics.

中式岭南

Chinese Lingnan style

简练、朴素、通透、淡雅的中式韵味是岭南建筑的内涵流露，传统屋顶形制、多样的造型元素为当代设计提供了丰富语汇。设计即从传统建筑中提取出多层斜坡顶，同时多重深灰色屋面的交错辉映又回应了山水景观，使建筑完美地融合历史、融入环境。

The concise, simple, transparent, and elegant Chinese charm is the essence of Lingnan architecture. Traditional roof forms and diverse design elements provide a rich vocabulary for contemporary design. The design extracts multi-layered sloping roofs from traditional architecture, while the interplay of multiple dark gray roofs reflects the surrounding landscape, allowing the building to perfectly integrate with history and its environment.

建筑以远山为背景，通过层叠起伏的屋顶形态，与山体轮廓形成视觉呼应，消解了人工与自然的边界。黑白调强化了檐口水平线条与山林垂直纹理的对话，屋顶层次模拟山的肌理，山林则为建筑提供稳定支撑，使建筑成为山体景观的延伸，达成人工与自然的形态共生。Against the backdrop of distant mountains, the building’s undulating rooftops visually echo the mountain’s contours, blurring the boundaries between the artificial and the natural. The black and white color scheme enhances the dialogue between the horizontal lines of the eaves and the vertical textures of the mountains and forests. 建筑立面以现代手法转译传统中式肌理，竖向排布的金属格栅模拟传统瓦楞质感，与穿插其间的玻璃幕墙形成丰富的虚实层次，朦胧的意境成功融入了粼粼山色。同时设计通过控制玻璃幕墙的开敞尺度，结合竖向格栅的天然遮阳作用，有效减少了建筑能耗，达成了文化转译与生态性能的双重目标。

The building facade interprets traditional Chinese textures with modern techniques. Vertically arranged metal grilles simulate the texture of traditional corrugated tiles, creating rich layers of solid and void with the interspersed glass curtain walls. The hazy artistic conception successfully blends into the shimmering mountain scenery. At the same time, by controlling the open scale of the glass curtain walls and combining the natural sunshade effect of the vertical grilles, the design effectively reduces building energy consumption, achieving the dual goals of cultural translation and ecological performance.

通透的连廊是城市通向自然的朦胧纱幔，既承载了 “穿堂而过、直抵湖山” 的空间动线，又以低伏轻盈的体量谦逊地衔接文化馆与图书馆两栋主体建筑，形成 “凹” 字形的开放城市界面。连廊的通透玻璃与两侧建筑的金属格栅立面形成虚实对比，在夜间照明的烘托下，进一步强化了界面的动态视觉张力，使建筑群体既保持了整体秩序感，又通过虚实变化营造出丰富的空间层次。整体建筑外观设计符合中式传统东方意境，萃取岭南风格园林精华，造型优美并与周边景点有机地融为一体，彰显了独特的文化魅力。

The transparent connecting corridor acts as a hazy veil connecting the city to nature, facilitating the spatial flow of “passing through the corridor and reaching the lake and mountains,” while its low-slung and lightweight volume humbly connects the two main buildings, the cultural center and the library, forming a U-shaped open urban interface. The transparent glass of the corridor contrasts with the metal grille facades of the buildings on both sides, creating a dynamic visual tension under the nighttime lighting. This allows the building complex to maintain an overall sense of order while creating rich spatial layers through the interplay of solid and void. The overall architectural design conforms to traditional Chinese and Eastern aesthetics, drawing inspiration from the essence of Lingnan-style gardens. Its elegant form blends organically with the surrounding landscape, showcasing a unique cultural charm.

功能分区-多维立体空间

Functional partition – multi-dimensional space

引入中庭使得剧场和图书馆既相互联系又有效分隔，并为各功能区提供了可共享亦可独享的公共空间，同时隔音和疏散也得到解决。剧场和图书馆共享的中庭即是整栋建筑的共同入口和灵魂所在，屋顶使用了玻璃和百叶，阳光倾泻而下，同时又在中庭和两边的剧场和图书馆之间设置大型玻璃厂，将阳光导入两个建筑中。中庭本身不光是形象和平时休憩场场所，未来同时也肩负展示展览和临时展厅的重要职责。

Introducing an atrium connects and effectively separates the theater and the library, providing shared and private public spaces for each functional area, while also addressing sound insulation and evacuation requirements.The shared atrium between the theater and the library serves as the common entrance and the heart of the entire building. The roof utilizes glass and louvers, allowing sunlight to pour in, while large glass walls are installed between the atrium and the theater and library on either side, directing sunlight into both buildings. The atrium itself is not only a visually striking space and a place for relaxation, but will also serve as an important venue for exhibitions and temporary displays in the future.

集中的中庭两边，剧场和图书馆拥有各自独立的、两层通高的门厅，他们拥有独立的出入口，同时侧面和中庭相连，即联系又独立，保持各种的独特的需要和身份。

On either side of the central atrium, the theater and the library each have their own independent, double-height lobbies with separate entrances. These spaces are connected to the atrium from the side, maintaining both a sense of connection and independence, thus preserving their unique needs and identities.

香山文剧场除了1088座的剧场外，还包括含了多个排练厅、录音室及多功能讲学厅等多个设施先进剧院服务，将成为珠海市民和游客享受一站式、综合性、高品质公共文化服务新场所。

In addition to its 1088-seat theater, Xiangshan Cultural Theater also includes several advanced facilities such as rehearsal rooms, recording studios, and multi-functional lecture halls. It will become a new venue for Zhuhai citizens and tourists to enjoy one-stop, comprehensive, and high-quality public cultural services.

图书馆由一个四层通高中庭和大楼梯组成联系，中庭即是图书馆空间的灵魂，也是藏书重要的展示。大楼梯即承担平常的交通功能，同时也是大家休息和一些分享活动的绝佳场所。图书阅览室采用了白色和木色结合的现代主义设计的手法，旁边的落地窗和中庭是现场的互动，即引入了充足的阳光，又有视线和空间上互动。

The library is connected by a four-story atrium and a grand staircase. The atrium is the heart of the library space and an important display area for the book collection. The grand staircase serves both as a means of circulation and as an excellent place for relaxation and various sharing activities. The reading rooms feature a modernist design combining white and wood tones. The floor-to-ceiling windows next to the atrium create interaction with the surrounding environment, bringing in ample sunlight and fostering visual and spatial connections.

立面细节

Facade Details

漏窗如画，让景观交织，呈现出朦胧之韵；竹纹象征着虚心有节、正直有傲骨、不争名利。同时采用双层幕墙体系，朦胧视线，同时满足采光及节能要求。

The perforated windows are like paintings, allowing the landscape to intertwine and creating a hazy, ethereal beauty; the bamboo patterns symbolize humility, integrity, and a refusal to pursue fame and fortune. A double-layered curtain wall system is also employed, blurring the view while simultaneously meeting lighting and energy efficiency requirements.

于珠海而言，这坐建筑是藏着本地烟火与岭南诗意的文化归处 —— 它既盛得下香洲老巷的市井暖意，也容得下香山湖的烟波诗意，让珠海人在文化馆的粤剧展演里触摸岭南文脉，在图书馆的临窗阅读中撞见凤凰山的绿意。于现代建筑而言，它更像一则属于岭南海滨的温柔启示：当建筑以谦卑的姿态，聆听珠海香山文脉的韵律、触摸岭南院落肌理的温度，便能在传统骑楼意趣与现代公共空间的裂隙间，织就出既锚定岭南文化根脉、又盛满珠海生活烟火的温暖场域 —— 这或许正是建筑最动人的意义：它不止是容纳展陈与阅读的空间容器，更是珠海人与岭南文脉、与香山湖山彼此依偎的纽带。

For Zhuhai, this building is a cultural haven that embodies both local charm and the poetic essence of Lingnan culture. It embraces the warmth of the bustling old alleys of Xiangzhou and the serene beauty of Xiangshan Lake, allowing Zhuhai residents to connect with the Lingnan cultural heritage through Cantonese opera performances in the cultural center and encounter the verdant beauty of Phoenix Mountain while reading by the window in the library. For modern architecture, it is more like a gentle revelation belonging to the Lingnan coast: when architecture humbly listens to the rhythm of Zhuhai’s Xiangshan cultural heritage and touches the texture of Lingnan courtyards, it can weave a warm space between the traditional arcade style and modern public spaces—a space that is both rooted in Lingnan culture and filled with the vibrant life of Zhuhai. This is perhaps the most touching meaning of architecture: it is not only a container for exhibitions and reading, but also a bond that connects Zhuhai residents with Lingnan culture and the mountains and lakes of Xiangshan.
