A kitchen interior BIM development within SAS villa, modeled with a strong emphasis on Level of Development (LOD), accuracy, and constructability.

All interior components were developed in Revit to the required LOD to ensure:

* Precise material build-ups for finishes, joinery, and worktops

* Accurate modeling of fixed furniture, appliances, and integrated elements

* Clear definition of junctions, tolerances, and shadow gaps

* Full coordination between architectural interiors, MEP interfaces, and lighting layouts

* Reliable drawings extracted directly from the model for construction and coordination

This BIM-driven workflow delivers a clash-free, execution-ready interior model, reducing RFIs, site ambiguities, and revisions during construction.
