URBAN ASPHYXIATION（城市窒息治理项目）

A visionary urban air purification strategy to combat the deadly effects of smog and thermal inversions in megacities. The proposed "15-Day Protocol" utilizes a two-pronged technological approach: electrostatic precipitators that ionize and ground airborne particulates and thermal generators that puncture atmospheric layers to vent trapped toxins. This system is supplemented by photocatalytic surface coatings that use solar energy to chemically neutralize pollutants, effectively turning buildings into passive cleaning agents. By integrating high-voltage ion emitters and solar-activated films into existing city infrastructure, the project aims to transform hazardous urban environments into breathable, sustainable spaces. Ultimately, the proposal offers a comprehensive blueprint for rapid crisis intervention and long-term ecological restoration through advanced atmospheric physics.
