芦芽山积淀了深厚的地域文化基因，在传统旅游开发模式下，越来越多的建筑介入这片土地。我们不禁思考：这个项目该如何保持在地性（In-Site），回应地域文脉（Regional Context），避免成为与土地失语的孤立客体？

Luya Mountain has accumulated profound regional cultural genes, and under the traditional tourism development model, more and more buildings are involved in this land. We cannot help but ponder: how to keep buildings in situ, respond to regional context, and avoid becoming isolated objects that are disconnected from the land?

芦芽山听山民宿的项目核心在于让在地性成为贯穿始终的内生逻辑，使建筑成为晋北地域文化记忆（Cultural Memory）的转译者。这是一次与土地、文化的深层对话，从材料叙事到视觉氛围淬炼进行全维度整合，最终让在地性成为民宿生长的基因与灵魂，延续地方特色与地域文化体验。

The core of the Luyashan Tingshan Homestay project is to make locality a continuous endogenous logic, and to make the architecture a translator of regional cultural memory. This is a deep dialogue with land and culture, integrating all dimensions from material narrative to visual atmosphere refinement, ultimately making locality the gene and soul of homestay growth, continuing local characteristics and cultural experiences.

01复刻在地文化记忆

Reproduce the memory of Indigenous-culture

听山民宿以“顺势而为”的姿态嵌入芦芽山的山地脉络。院落区域运用“围”与“透”的晋北院落围合逻辑，融入创新元素‌，通过精心设计的动线构建移步异景的场域，让客人在行进中拥有视角常新的体验。“石令人古，水令人远，园林水石，最不可无。”当云雾漫过墙院，静谧的意境让人切实地感受到天地的呼吸。

The Homestay integrates itself into the mountain veins of Luya Mountain with ago with" approach. The employs the enclosure logic of northern Shanxi courtyards, blending "enclosure"transparency" with innovative elements. Through meticulously designed circulation paths, it creates a space where every step offers a new view, allowing guests to experience constantly refreshing perspectives as they move. Stones evoke a sense of antiquity, and water induces a feeling of vastness. In a garden, rocks and water are the most indispensable elements. When mist drifts over the the serene ambiance lets one truly feel the breath of heaven and earth.

在地性的表达，始于对地域文化记忆的敬畏。通过提取晋西北传统生活场景与民俗器物材质等核心元素，将无形的文化记忆转化为现代室内语言。

诺伯格·舒尔茨提出的场所精神（Genius Loci），正是听山民宿设计的深层内核。它并非简单复刻，而是萃取芦芽山地域文化记忆与晋北民居特色，凝练为空间的精神特质。

The expression of locality begins with reverence for regional cultural memory. By extracting core elements such as traditional living scenes and folk artifact materials in northwest Shanxi, intangible cultural memories are transformed into modern interior language. The Genius Loci proposed by Norberg Schultz is the deep core of the design of Tingshan Homestay. It is not a simple replica, but rather an extraction of the cultural memory of the Luya Mountain region and the characteristics of northern Shanxi dwellings, condensed into the spiritual traits of the space.

门窗复刻了晋北古宅的“格扇”形制，在保留传统木构的精致感的同时，其光影效果则增强空间的韵律感。融入文化表达的细节带来独特的感官体验，让客人在松弛的度假空间中也能触摸到在地生活的本质。‌

The doors and the "partitioned fan" form dwellings Shanxi the refined traditional wooden structures while rhythm through light and shadow effects. Details infused with cultural expression create unique sensory experiences, allowing guests to touch the essence of local life even within relaxed vacation spaces.

02重塑空间在地语汇

Reshaping the Localization of Space

与自然和谐共生是晋北地域文脉的底色。客房场域以“引山入境”为核心，最大限度弱化建筑边界感打造观景视角，实现“窗含千山景”的诗意，让客户在休憩时细细感受芦芽山的灵秀风光，与山野同呼吸。

Harmonious coexistence with nature forms the foundation of the cultural heritage in northern Shanxi. The guest room design centers on "bringing the mountain scenery indoors," minimizing architectural create panoramic views that fulfill the poetic "a framing a vistas." This to immerse themselves in the ethereal beauty Luya during stay, breathing in sync with the wilderness.

Drawing inspiration from the rock wall texture of Luya Mountain, the low saturation color scheme is used as the overall tone, continuing the unique warmth of residential buildings in northern Shanxi. What the residents perceive is a deep resonance with the local environment.

传承晋北民居“窄院宽窗”的采光理念，依托被动式采光策略优化光线引入路径。让晨光与暮色流淌于室内，塑造出被自然环抱般的沉浸式围合感，强调场域与地域文脉的深层联结。大量运用柔和光源消解场域的边界感，光线与不同层次的材质肌理交融碰撞，打造出质朴温暖的居停体验。

Inheriting the lighting wisdom of narrow courtyards and wide windows in northern Shanxi residential buildings, relying on passive lighting strategies to optimize the path of light introduction. Let the morning light and dusk flow indoors, creating an immersive sense of being surrounded by nature, emphasizing the deep connection between the field and regional context. A large amount of soft light sources are used to dissolve the boundary sense of the field, and the light blends and collides with different layers of material textures, creating a simple and warm living experience.

在地性不止于视觉。大量运用来自当地的天然材质，如保留粗粝纹理的原生石材、传递质朴触感的微水泥或哑光通体砖，在现代设计语言的转译下完美融合现代舒适需求。居住其中能直观感受材料所承载的时间厚度。斑驳光影间，芦芽山的山野脉搏悄然融进了听山民宿的每一刻。

Localization is not just about visual perception. A large amount of natural materials from the local area are used, such as native stone that retains rough textures, micro cement that conveys a simple touch, or matte solid bricks with built-in patterns, perfectly integrating modern comfort needs through the translation of modern design language. Living in it, one can intuitively feel the time thickness carried by the materials. Amidst the mottled light and shadow, the pulse of Luya Mountain’s wilderness quietly blends into every moment of Tingshan Homestay.

沉浸式体验是表达在地性的另一手段。以“悬空村院落”为灵感，户外客房区是在地生活体验的载体，复刻了晋北民居“依山而居、与自然共生”的栖居方式。在山间云雾流转间，感受晋北居民“日出而作，日落而息”的诗意。

Immersive experiences serve as another means of expressing locality. Inspired by the "Hanging Village Courtyard," the outdoor guest room area embodies local living experiences, recreating the northern Shanxi vernacular dwellings’ way of life—" by the mountains and coexisting with nature." Amidst the swirling mountain mists, one can feel rhythm of northern Shanxi: "working at sunrise and resting at sunset."

“建筑是地区的产物，它应该像一朵花从大地中生长出来，反映大地的面貌。”在这里，空间不是孤立的客体，而是与地域文化共生共长的载体。通过当代设计语言回应地域文脉，多维度全是晋北在地性，完美融合现代度假舒适需求。它所承载的不止是一间民宿的舒适，更是让在地性从抽象概念转化为可触可感的居住体验。

“A building should appear to grow easily from its site and be shaped to harmonize with its surroundings if Nature is manifest there.” The homestay is not an isolated entity but a carrier that coexists and grows with regional culture. Through contemporary design language, it responds to the local context, comprehensively showcasing the essence of northern Shanxi from multiple dimensions, seamlessly blending modern comfort needs for vacation. What it carries is not just the comfort of a homestay, but also the transformation of locality from an abstract concept into a tangible and perceptible living experience.
