好未来集团的全球总部办公楼，坐落于北京市昌平区未来科学城核心区朱辛庄，是北京市科技创新及高精尖产业项目、北京市重点工程，总建筑面积12.7万m2。维思平建筑设计将空间形象与企业理念相融合，量身订制，以实现企业理念的可视化、空间化、体验化。好未来昌平教育园区办公总部的空间设计以学院风的理念为基点，结合维思平在空间策略规划、室内设计等多个专业领域的经验，营造出一个以员工为中心、促进交流且匹配全球企业及人工智能领跑者品牌形象的办公场所，有力支持创造“每个人都有一个好未来”的愿景。好未来广场是联系内外的重要灰空间，是品牌文化最好的塑造地点，红砖+拱圈代表教育是企业的基石，营造了学院气质。

As the global headquarters of TAL Group, this office building is located in Zhuxinzhuang, core area of Future Science City, Changping District, Beijing. It is a key project for Beijing’s technological innovation and high-precision industries as well as a municipal key project, with a total construction area of 127,000 square meters. WSP Architects integrates spatial image with corporate philosophy to create a customized design, visualizing, spatializing and materializing the corporate vision. Rooted in the academic-style concept, the spatial design of TAL Changping Education Park Headquarters leverages WSP Architects’ expertise in spatial strategy planning and interior design, creating an employee-centric office space that facilitates communication, matches the brand image of a global enterprise and AI leader, and strongly supports the vision of “Every individual deserves a bright future”. TAL Plaza, an important gray space connecting the inside and outside, serves as the ideal venue for brand culture shaping. Red bricks and arches symbolize education as the cornerstone of the enterprise, fostering a distinct academic ambiance.

Focus on Efficient Human Connections

秉持以员工为中心的理念，维思平在好未来总部中通过一系列手段来增强空间的舒适性，提升员工的身心健康。工位的分布以最大化自然光照为依据；考虑到平面的独特性，办公环境的整体照明进行了专门的设计，采用智能调光控制，来提升办公区的舒适度。整体空间设计以WELL标准为参考，兼顾了空气、水、热舒适、照明、精神健康等因素，并多采用天然材料打造出有助于健康高效工作的环境。

Adhering to the employee-centric philosophy, WSP Architects enhances spatial comfort and promotes employees’ physical and mental health through a series of measures in TAL Headquarters. Workstations are arranged to maximize natural lighting; tailored lighting design with intelligent dimming control is adopted considering the unique floor plan, boosting office comfort. The overall spatial design references WELL standards, covering air quality, water supply, thermal comfort, lighting and mental health. Natural materials are widely used to build a healthy and efficient working environment.

让空间有温度助力高效协作

Humanized Space Empowering Efficient Collaboration

健康的照明系统既是人眼的视觉支持，更重要的是昼夜节律和精神支持，在好未来集团总部办公楼项目中，既充分利用自然光，又对人工光源系统进行精细化布置，旨在提升空间环境对使用者健康的正向增益。位于建筑核心中庭的报告厅，空间颜色以木色及淡蓝色为主。照明灯光控制系统设计有会议模式、休息模式、清洁模式等场景，灯光智能控制系统与会议系统联动。实现功能照明要求的同时，对眩光进行控制，特别对演讲者的视觉舒适度及统一眩光值UGR 进行测算，实现均匀明亮舒适的效果。

A healthy lighting system not only supports visual needs but also regulates circadian rhythms and mental well-being. In TAL Headquarters, natural light is fully utilized while artificial lighting systems are elaborately arranged to positively enhance users’ health. The lecture hall in the core atrium features wood and light blue tones, with lighting control systems linked to the conference system, offering scenarios like meeting, rest and cleaning modes. It meets functional lighting requirements, controls glare, and calculates the speaker’s visual comfort and unified glare rating (UGR) to achieve uniform, bright and comfortable lighting effects.

Support the Enterprise’s Pulsatile Development

Based on spatial strategy research, WSP Architects plans a variety of office scenarios to support diverse work demands: multi-person negotiation areas at the entrance for impromptu discussions, meeting rooms and training rooms of various sizes, collaboration zones, coffee breaks and phone booths. Each floor has interactive and office zones on both sides of the core tube—interdependent in function yet properly separated to ensure a comfortable population density.

营造身心合一的健康环境

Create a Holistic Healthy Environment

地面景观和下沉庭院，以柔软的山水环境将有限的室外空间融合在一起，园区内充分利用覆土厚度种植高大的乔木，有效降低建筑群的观感密度和空间紧张感受。景观环境是背景和舞台，它为好未来的年轻人提供了日常休息、交往、团建、企宣、表演、参观接待、聚会等各类活动的空间。以信息化为手段，融入互联网及人性化理念，在整个好未来总部内实现建筑物运行和管理的信息化，同时为物业管理提供支持与保障，为园区的运维提供数据支撑平台。

Ground landscapes and sunken courtyards integrate limited outdoor spaces with soft mountain-water scenery. Tall arbors are planted with sufficient soil covering to reduce the visual density and spatial tension of the building complex. As both background and stage, the landscape provides spaces for TAL’s young employees to rest, communicate, conduct team building, corporate promotion, performances, reception and gatherings. Information technology, internet and humanized concepts are integrated to realize the informatization of building operation and management, supporting property management and providing a data platform for park operation.

采用ALOT技术，为空调温控器、智能灯控面板、照明智能控器、智能插座等产品构建云端平台并对其进行自动控制。在本项目中既充分利用自然光，又对人工光源系统进行精细化布置，提升空间环境对使用者健康的正向增益。同时，大量运用智能产品，物业运维人员和场景使用人员均可以对所处场景运用移动平台进行控制，创建了以人为本的总部办公。

AloT technology builds a cloud platform for automatic control of air conditioners, intelligent lighting panels, controllers and smart sockets. Natural light is fully utilized and artificial lighting is elaborately arranged to enhance users’ health. Smart products enable property staff and users to control scenarios via mobile platforms, creating a people-oriented headquarters office.
