这座位于地中海海岸的100平方米住宅，由特拉维夫的 Ma/Deux Studio 携手巴塞罗那设计师西蒙·凯勒（Szymon Keller）共同完成改造。项目开始时，公寓仍停留在年久失修的状态。如何在尊重建筑历史的基础上，让空间重新适应当代生活，成为设计的核心命题。建筑源自包豪斯时期，清晰的几何结构被保留下来，并与自然材质及带有假日气息的色彩语言相互融合。

This 100-square-meter residence located on the Mediterranean coast was renovated by Ma/Deux Studio from Tel Aviv in collaboration with Barcelona-based designer Szymon Keller. At the beginning of the project, the apartment was in a dilapidated state. How to make the space adapt to contemporary life while respecting the architectural history became the core issue of the design. The building originated from the Bauhaus era, and its clear geometric structure was retained, integrating with natural materials and a color language with a holiday atmosphere.

贯穿整个空间的中央梁，被设计师视为住宅的“脊柱”。与其掩盖，不如强调。Ma/Deux Studio 联合创始人奥丽特·辛格（Orit Singer）指出，这根梁自然地划分了公共与私密区域，而不同材质之间的过渡，则在不经意间提示着空间功能的变化。拱形门洞界定出起居区域，阳光透过轻薄的纱帘洒落在石灰洗墙面与沙色橡木拼花地板上，空间因此显得柔和而温暖。20世纪60年代的不锈钢壁灯，与屋主多年旅行中收藏的物件并置，让生活的痕迹自然融入其中。

The central beam that runs through the entire space is regarded by the designer as the spine of the residence. Instead of concealing it, it is better to emphasize it. Orit Singer, the co-founder of Ma/Deux Studio, pointed out that this beam naturally divides the public and private areas, and the transition between different materials subtly indicates the change in the function of the space. The arched door opening defines the living area, and sunlight shines through the thin curtains onto the lime-washed wall and the sandy oak parquet floor, making the space appear soft and warm. A stainless steel wall lamp from the 1960s, placed alongside the owners collection of items from years of travels, naturally integrates the traces of life into it.

屋主曾生活于巴塞罗那、巴黎以及美国多座海滨城市，这段跨文化的居住经历，也深刻影响了空间的气质。联合创始人瑞秋·格拉夫·拉希姆（Rachel Graf Rachim）提到，设计一方面汲取阳光、夏日与海岸生活所带来的自由感，另一方面则回应包豪斯建筑本身所承载的欧洲现代主义秩序。厨房中，石灰岩地面与 Taj Mahal 石材奠定沉稳基调，搭配荷兰设计师萨宾·马塞利斯（Sabine Marcelis）定制的粉色线性吊灯，为空间注入一抹克制却鲜明的前卫色彩。墙面边缘点缀的手绘小型图案，为室内增添节奏感，并自然延伸至与阳台相连的区域；1960年代风格的酒吧与修复后的金属栏杆，共同唤起建筑原有的年代记忆。

The homeowner once lived in Barcelona, Paris, and several coastal cities in the United States. This cross-cultural living experience has profoundly influenced the atmosphere of the space. Co-founder Rachel Graf Rachim mentioned that the design draws on the freedom and lightness brought by the sun, summer, and coastal life, while also responding to the European modernist order carried by Bauhaus architecture itself. In the kitchen, the limestone floor and Taj Mahal stone establish a stable tone, complemented by a pink linear chandelier custom-made by Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis, which injects a restrained yet striking avant-garde color into the space. The small hand-painted patterns along the edges of the walls add rhythm to the interior and naturally extend to the area connected to the balcony. The 1960s-style bar and the restored metal railings together evoke the original era memory of the building.

进入私密区域，空间的色彩与触感逐渐变得浓郁。两处湿区均采用塔德拉克（Tadelakt）工艺，主卫呈现出如洞穴般的包裹感，淋浴区入口通过雕塑式切割完成，并搭配凯勒（Keller）“遗迹”系列的石膏灯具，营造出静谧而内省的氛围。客用浴室则受到法国现代主义的影响，有机形态与几何秩序在此并存，巧克力色亮面砖墙让空间显得安定而疗愈。卧室中，设计师切割墙体形成内嵌式床头结构，覆以马努埃尔·卡诺瓦斯（Manuel Canovas）壁纸，并与藤编衣柜及 Flos 日芒壁灯相互映衬，塑造出轻盈、温暖而带有金色光感的主卧空间。

Entering the private area, the colors and textures of the space gradually become more intense. Both wet areas are made using the Tadelakt technique. The main bathroom presents a sense of enclosure like a cave, and the entrance of the shower area is completed through sculptural cutting, accompanied by the gypsum lamps from the Keller Remains series, creating a serene and introspective atmosphere. The guest bathroom is influenced by French modernism, where organic forms and geometric order coexist. The chocolate-colored glossy wall tiles make the space appear stable and healing. In the bedroom, the designer cuts the walls to form an inset bedhead structure, covers it with Manuel Canovas wallpaper, and complements it with a rattan wardrobe and the Flos Dayan wall lamp, shaping a light, warm, and golden-lit master bedroom space.
