项目背景

Project Background

光环花园城择址重庆两江新区，毗邻占地2000亩的亚洲最大城市中央公园–重庆中央公园，是商圈内唯一过街即达的商业体。“光环”系列项目主张融合自然灵感与在地文化，为区域升级赋能，定位为地标性的城市自然综合体。迭代后的光环2.0通过与自然景观更加深度融合，为消费者提供独特的无感转场体验，开业之初即成为重庆现象级商业项目。

Nestled in Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing and adjacent to Chongqing Central Park — Asia’s largest urban central park spanning 1,333,333 square meters (2,000 mu), The Ring Garden City is the only commercial complex in the business district accessible just across the street. The “The Ring” series projects advocate the integration of natural inspiration and local culture to empower regional upgrading, positioning themselves as iconic urban natural complexes. The upgraded The Ring 2.0 achieves a deeper integration with natural landscapes, offering consumers a unique seamless transition experience, and has become a phenomenal commercial project in Chongqing since its opening.

设计之初我们从多角度寻找切入点，既要满足在地性，又要足够独特且能留得住人。结合高差特征，一个主题鲜明且高差巨大的峡谷空间被设想出来。建筑以重庆“山石嶙立”为灵感，开辟了一条高差达43M的峡谷空间，依坡就势的九个台地，将人从紧邻中央公园一侧的广场一层层引导至屋顶天街，所有的故事由此展开。

At the initial design stage, we explored entry points from multiple perspectives, aiming to balance local identity with distinctiveness and appeal for prolonged stay. Leveraging the site’s topographic relief, a canyon space with a prominent theme and extreme height difference was conceived. Inspired by the “jagged mountains and rocks” of Chongqing, the architecture features a 43-meter height-difference canyon space with nine terraces following the slope contour. These terraces guide visitors step by step from the square adjacent to Central Park to the rooftop sky street, where all the stories unfold.

项目溯源

Project Origin

山石嶙立之间，景观与建筑如何相辅相成共同构建一幅奇妙立体画卷？如何克服巨大高差，将游客一层层向上吸引，为商业提供溢价？巴山延绵，渝水纵横，山石层叠，城市拔地而起，重庆作为8D魔幻网红之城，山城峡谷之间，长江与嘉陵江之内，每年都会有一部分鱼群逆流而上，世代洄游于山石迷谷间，年复一年，邂逅这片土地的气象万千。以鱼群洄游的视角重新描绘山城，这给我们带来更多有趣的灵感。

Amid jagged mountains and rocks, how can landscape and architecture complement each other to create a marvelous three-dimensional picture? How to overcome the huge height difference to attract visitors upward layer by layer and add premium value to the commercial space? Chongqing, a renowned 8D magical internet-famous city, is embraced by the stretching Bashan Mountains, crisscrossing Yujiang Rivers and layered rocks, with the city rising steeply from the land. Between the mountain city’s canyons and within the Yangtze and Jialing Rivers, schools of fish swim against the current every year, migrating among the rocky valleys for generations and encountering the diverse scenery of this land year after year. Reinterpreting the mountain city from the perspective of fish migration has brought us a wealth of interesting inspirations.

用鱼群洄游去串联起山城的山石叠瀑、峡谷森林、峡谷秘境。跟随鱼群洄游之旅，逆流而上向上攀登，最终在屋顶完成生命的洄游。鱼群元素贝穿插在铺装、软装、雕塑、装置、鱼缸、灯带等各种景观元素中，象征着“有余”的美好寓意，也在有限的空间中创造最大密度的生态游逛体验，把看似是劣势的高差条件转为“立体生长的密码”。

We use the motif of fish migration to connect the mountain city’s rocky waterfalls, canyon forests and secret canyon spaces. Following the journey of fish swimming against the current and climbing upward, the life migration finally culminates on the rooftop. Fish elements are interspersed in various landscape features such as paving, soft furnishings, sculptures, installations, fish tanks and light strips, symbolizing the auspicious meaning of “abundance (Yu)”, and creating an ecological roaming experience with the maximum density in a limited space. This turns the seemingly disadvantageous topographic relief into the “code for three-dimensional growth”.

我们将场地分为“游，玩，观”三大功能区。游：以一条“奇幻迷谷”搭建起核心轴线的画面，洄游剧场、迷谷寻踪、奇幻天河，犹如游走在一座向上生长的垂直山谷。玩：北侧公园作为衔接商业体的纽带，连接起周边场地。公园有多重业态：城市露营、活动大草坪、户外主题游乐空间，作为商业后花园辅助商业盘活周边地块。观：南临同茂大道，作为商业的重要展示界面，需梳理城市界面不利点，不强调过多的停留，景观以轻松自然的方式轻介入。

The site is divided into three functional zones: “Wander”, “Play” and “View”. Wander: A “Fantasy Valley” forms the core axis landscape, including the Migration Theater, Valley Exploration and Fantasy Sky River, making visitors feel as if wandering in a vertical valley growing upward. Play: The northern park serves as a link connecting the commercial complex and the surrounding sites. It features a variety of business formats: urban camping, a large event lawn and an outdoor theme amusement space, acting as the commercial back garden to activate the surrounding plots for the commercial complex. View: Facing Tongmao Avenue to the south, this area is an important display facade of the commercial complex. It is necessary to sort out the unfavorable points of the urban facade, avoid emphasizing excessive stay, and the landscape intervention is designed in a relaxed and natural way.

城市界面梳理

Urban Facade Renovation

商业设计绕不开吸引力法则，对动线设计、空间组织能力、运营思维等有较强的诉求。因此，我们首先就城市界面进行全面梳理，结合交通顾问的人流量评估，考虑不同尺度下的广场具体设计。两个端头广场作为主要人流汇聚点，是设计重点。在这个界面，我们需解决高差，实现人行动线的便捷，将密集人群迅速导入商业。

Commercial design cannot bypass the attraction principle, which has high demands for circulation design, space organization ability and operational thinking. Therefore, we first carried out a comprehensive renovation of the urban facade, and designed the squares of different scales in combination with the pedestrian flow assessment by traffic consultants. The two terminal squares, as the main pedestrian flow gathering points, are the design focus. On this facade, we need to resolve the height difference, realize the convenience of pedestrian circulation, and quickly guide the dense crowd into the commercial complex.

寻着阶梯水景向前，叠瀑沿着花台立面缓缓向下，跟随音乐跳动的旱喷广场，组合成一幅灵动的空间画面。向心型台阶巧妙的将高差转换成聚合性剧场空间，提前考虑商业运营的多样化活动空间需求。

Walking forward along the stepped waterscape, the cascading waterfalls flow slowly down the flower bed facades, and the dry spray square dancing to the music together form a vivid spatial picture. The centripetal steps skillfully transform the height difference into a cohesive theater space, taking into account the demand for diverse activity spaces for commercial operation in advance.

场地像一个巨大的漩涡，将人虹吸进广场，其核心的旋涡音乐喷泉。设计灵感源自长江上的水旋涡，有向心型的力量感，而点缀其中的波光喷泉、雾森、直喷，是在模仿鱼群的跃出水面产生的灵动画面。因此水效是极具方向感和传递性的，地面点缀有星星灯，模拟水面上的星空。

The site is like a huge vortex that siphons people into the square, with the core vortex musical fountain at its center. Inspired by the water vortices on the Yangtze River, it exudes a strong centripetal sense of power. The sparkling fountains, mist systems and vertical fountains dotted in it imitate the vivid scene of fish leaping out of the water. Therefore, the water effects have a strong sense of direction and transmission, and star lights are dotted on the ground to simulate the starry sky on the water surface.

除此之外，铺装之间还有鱼群的引导，向心感与凝聚力引导人们一步步进入商业主体空间。我们用GH构建了极具视觉张力的鱼群符号，它穿梭于商业的各大重要广场地面铺装，作为导视的一环指引人进入商业。

In addition, fish group motifs are embedded in the paving to guide the flow, with centripetal force and cohesion leading people step by step into the main commercial space. We used Grasshopper (GH) to create a highly visually striking fish group symbol, which runs through the ground paving of all major squares in the commercial complex and serves as a part of the wayfinding system to guide people into the commercial area.

为了加强地块之间的联动，我们前期与业主和交通顾问共创，通过巧妙的车行动线优化，避让开了两条市政道路，借助市政道路空间，打造成集市街，从而更有效的将商业与公园相连。丰富商业游逛体验，也满足后期运营所需，让商业与公园相互渗透。

To strengthen the linkage between the plots, we co-created with the owner and traffic consultants in the early stage. Through ingenious optimization of vehicle circulation, we bypassed two municipal roads and transformed the municipal road space into a market street, thus connecting the commercial complex and the park more effectively. This enriches the commercial roaming experience, meets the needs of later operation, and realizes the mutual infiltration of the commercial complex and the park.

立体奇幻峡谷

Three-dimensional Fantasy Canyon

商业设计绕不开上行动线引导策略(Upward Circulation Design)、动线引流(Circulation Flow Guidance)，如何将人群向上吸引至顶层，形成主动上行意愿，这是光环花园城景观设计的关键所在。奇幻峡谷作为最核心的景观轴线，解决了高差也衔接起整个商业动线，实现户外与室内空间紧密互动，让每一层都独具特点，增加商业的游逛体验，将人群一层层往上引导。

Upward Circulation Design and Circulation Flow Guidance are indispensable in commercial design. How to attract the crowd upward to the top floor and form a proactive willingness to go up is the key to the landscape design of The Ring Garden City. As the core landscape axis, the Fantasy Canyon not only resolves the height difference but also connects the entire commercial circulation, realizing close interaction between outdoor and indoor spaces. Each floor has its unique features, which enhances the commercial roaming experience and guides the crowd upward layer by layer.

我们将这条路径视作一条自地面向屋顶延伸，蜿蜒向上的峡谷秘境，用层层退台、植被模拟山城层叠之景，拾级而上的独立动线让人犹如鱼儿般自在洄游于奇幻迷谷之中。通过植物氛围、山石叠瀑、鱼群装置塑造峡谷画面，强化被包裹的峡谷体验。

We regard this path as a secret canyon space winding upward from the ground to the rooftop. With layered setbacks and vegetation simulating the layered scenery of the mountain city, the independent circulation with step-by-step ascending makes visitors feel as free as fish migrating in the Fantasy Valley. The canyon landscape is shaped by plant atmosphere, rocky cascading waterfalls and fish migration installations, strengthening the immersive canyon experience.

乔木选择了纤细的造型树，有的成群，有的从建筑屋顶生长出，有的从立面斜飘出来。结合低维护灌木，让视线变得通透有层次，也增加密林感受，由此形成可漫步、停留的立体绿洲。

Slender shaped trees are selected as the arbor layer, some in groups, some growing out of the building roof, and some slanting out of the facades. Combined with low-maintenance shrubs, the sightline becomes transparent and layered, and the feeling of dense forest is enhanced, thus forming a three-dimensional oasis for strolling and staying.

一道高25米的“叠瀑”在植物的掩映之下，从建筑立面飞驰而下，于城市森林与山地之间，构建出一幅完整的自然山水立体画卷。如果你观察细致，还会发现散落在林间的洄游之旅线索，叠瀑、吧台、造型树、洄游线索、以及小型儿童活动空间，形成了林下的独特空间体验。

A 25-meter-high “cascading waterfall” rushes down the building facade hidden in the plants, constructing a complete three-dimensional picture of natural mountains and rivers between the urban forest and the mountainous land. If you observe carefully, you will also find the clues of the migration journey scattered in the forest. Cascading waterfalls, bars, shaped trees, migration clues and small children’s activity spaces form a unique under-forest spatial experience.

屋顶奇幻天河

Rooftop Fantasy Sky River

光环花园城向上引流的关键——“游里”天街，这是一个横跨A、B两馆屋顶之间、长度超300m，宽27m的户外休闲街区，也是全天候的城市公共礼盒。“游里”天街是峡谷的终点，一条自地面延伸至屋顶的多平台游逛户外商街得以完整呈现。游里商业业态集餐饮、艺术、轻娱乐于一体，延续“光里”系街区松弛休闲氛围的同时，更强调洄游尽头“天河”的概念，水多变的特征贯穿始终。

The key to upward flow guidance of The Ring Garden City — “Youli” Sky Street, is an outdoor leisure block spanning the roofs of Hall A and Hall B, with a length of more than 300 meters and a width of 27 meters, and it is also an all-weather urban public gift box. As the end of the canyon, “Youli” Sky Street presents a complete multi-platform outdoor commercial street for roaming extending from the ground to the rooftop. Integrating catering, art and light entertainment business formats, “Youli” Sky Street inherits the relaxed and leisure atmosphere of the “Guangli” series blocks, and more emphasizes the concept of “Sky River” at the end of migration, with the changeable characteristics of water running through it.

端头作为人群集散区是开阔的广场和林下休憩空间，中间是深度游逛体验街区。设计经过反复推敲打磨，前期就将业态锚定，并为每个商铺设置定制化外摆空间。仅20M的空间，按照单双动线结合的形式向下延展，既要满足双侧充足的外摆，也要确保景观设定与动线能较好的融合。

The terminals, as crowd gathering and dispersing areas, are open squares and under-forest resting spaces, and the middle part is a block for in-depth roaming experience. The design has been repeatedly refined and polished, with the business formats anchored in the early stage and customized outdoor seating spaces set for each shop. The 20-meter space extends downward in the form of a combination of single and double circulation, which not only meets the sufficient outdoor seating on both sides but also ensures a good integration of landscape settings and circulation.

洄游的概念贯穿始终，寻着鱼群的洄游方向，进入游里街区。入口的 “鱼跃龙门” 景观装置，“鱼尾” 从地面腾空跃起，如同鱼群跃出水面，泛起一波波涟漪，河底的贝壳宝藏在水中若影若现。

The concept of migration runs through the whole design. Following the migration direction of fish groups, visitors enter the Youli Block. At the entrance stands the “Fish Leaping over the Dragon Gate” landscape installation, with the “fish tails” leaping from the ground into the air, just like fish groups leaping out of the water and rippling waves spreading out. The shell treasures at the bottom of the river are faintly visible in the water.

景观在公区和店铺私享外摆区均利用松弛感十足的大叶片绿植和溪流生态水缸环绕，形成不同尺度的圆形下沉式水中包厢。水缸模拟重庆自然溪流生境，以沙地、石块、枯木造景，饲养重庆原生鱼类，以更好适应本土气候。生态缸立面结合鱼类和水草科普，人坐在其中可从不同角度近距离观察丰富的鱼类和水生植物。

In both the public area and the private outdoor seating areas of the shops, the landscape is surrounded by large-leaf green plants with a strong sense of relaxation and stream ecological fish tanks, forming circular sunken underwater private rooms of different scales. The fish tanks simulate the natural stream habitat of Chongqing, with sand, stones and dead wood for landscaping, and raise native fish of Chongqing to better adapt to the local climate. The facades of the ecological fish tanks integrate popular science about fish and aquatic plants, allowing people sitting inside to observe the rich variety of fish and aquatic plants up close from different angles.

在生态鱼缸之间，还有个“鱼跃龙门”趣味装置。一条长6米、高2.5米的曲形亚克力负压管道，小鱼可以摆脱鱼缸飞向天空，也可以飞向另一个水池。为了验证管道的可行性和鱼群是否真的会沿着管道向上游走，设计师在前期以小面积生态鱼缸装置提前测验，装置成型5天鱼群习惯便已养成，在每次喂养或敲击即可吸引鱼群进入管道。

Between the ecological fish tanks, there is also an interesting “Fish Leaping over the Dragon Gate” installation. A curved acrylic negative pressure pipeline with a length of 6 meters and a height of 2.5 meters allows small fish to escape from the fish tank to the sky or fly to another pool. To verify the feasibility of the pipeline and whether the fish groups will really swim upward along the pipeline, the designers conducted a preliminary test with a small-area ecological fish tank installation in the early stage. The fish groups formed a habit within 5 days after the installation was completed, and can be attracted to enter the pipeline by feeding or tapping every time.

这是国内第一个户外弧形负压管道，顶部真空排气孔、立面连接件、底部法兰盘都要能抵挡大气的压力，预留鱼可以进出的通道，才使得鱼群自由的洄游于管道之间。

This is the first outdoor curved negative pressure pipeline in China. The top vacuum exhaust holes, facade connectors and bottom flanges must be able to withstand atmospheric pressure, and channels for fish to enter and exit are reserved to allow fish groups to migrate freely between the pipelines.

蓝花楹，乌桕，栾树作为骨架乔木搭建起几个不同主题的林下休息区，树叶随着季节更替呈现丰富色相变化，地被以迷迭香、芙蓉草、熊猫堇、狐尾天门冬、富贵蕨等铺底，以鹤望兰、龟背、春雨等观叶型植物营造出松弛感十足的户外景观氛围。

Jacaranda mimosifolia, Sapium sebiferum and Koelreuteria paniculata are used as the skeleton arbors to build several under-forest rest areas with different themes. The leaves show rich hue changes with the seasons. The ground cover is paved with Rosmarinus officinalis, Crossandra infundibuliformis, Viola banksii, Asparagus densiflorus ‘Myersii’, Cyrtomium fortunei, etc. Ornamental foliage plants such as Strelitzia reginae, Monstera deliciosa and Philodendron selloum are used to create a highly relaxed outdoor landscape atmosphere.

在街区中间我们考虑了一个空间节点作为鱼群洄游的“目的地”。这个场域是一个戏水空间，希望小朋友在玩水的同时，感受到洄游的隐秘线索。

In the middle of the block, we designed a space node as the “destination” of fish migration. This area is a water play space, hoping that children can feel the hidden clues of migration while playing with water.

行进在“游里”的任何一处，都能轻松地远眺到对面中央公园的美景。朝西的方位，也让这里变成最好的落日退台观景处，夕阳下的天街也格外浪漫。天台与公园视线上产生交互，形成一个艺术感、有格调、有活力、自然无界的屋顶天街。

Walking anywhere in “Youli”, visitors can easily overlook the beautiful scenery of the opposite Central Park. Facing west, this place has also become the best viewing spot for sunsets on the setback terraces, and the sky street under the setting sun is particularly romantic. The visual interaction between the rooftop and the park forms a rooftop sky street with artistic sense, elegant style, vitality and boundless nature.

城市与商业纽带

Link Between City and Commerce

介于商业体与办公&居住区之间的公共绿地，被市政道路拆分为三个小地块，是串联起周边地块最重要的纽带。我们通过景观渗透与开放式边界、慢行系统嵌入、将商业与公共绿地整合，利用公共空间驱动消费，使公园成为引流与体验的共享纽带。三个小地块被赋予不同的主题功能，以户外露营生活方式为主的大草坪，可满足户外聚集活动和艺术展陈空间的草坪剧场，以及一个以光环花园城IP森森装置为核心的儿童戏水活动区。

The public green space between the commercial complex and the office & residential areas is divided into three small plots by municipal roads, which is the most important link connecting the surrounding plots. We integrate the commercial complex with the public green space through landscape infiltration, open boundaries and the embedding of slow traffic systems, and drive consumption by using public space, making the park a shared link for flow guidance and experience. The three small plots are endowed with different thematic functions: a large lawn focusing on outdoor camping lifestyle, a lawn theater that can meet the needs of outdoor gathering activities and art exhibition space, and a children’s water play activity area with The Ring Garden City IP SenSen installations as the core.

作为中央公园东片区规模最大的购物中心，光环花园城在开业两天实现销售额突破2252万元，客流量突破54万人次，多个品牌业绩全国第一。它不仅是商业空间，更像是一个主动融入城市脉络的自然绿洲，消解掉新一代消费者对传统盒子商业的审美疲劳，将自然、生态、艺术、科技与商业有机融合，满足休闲、娱乐、文化、社交一站式体验，是新一代的情景式购物中心。

As the largest shopping mall in the eastern area of Central Park, The Ring Garden City achieved a sales volume of over 22.52 million yuan and a passenger flow of over 540,000 person-times within two days of its opening, with many brands achieving the top performance in the country. It is not only a commercial space, but also a natural oasis that takes the initiative to integrate into the urban context. It alleviates the aesthetic fatigue of the new generation of consumers towards traditional box-type commerce, organically integrates nature, ecology, art, technology and commerce, and meets the one-stop experience of leisure, entertainment, culture and social interaction, making it a new generation of situational shopping mall.

In addition to commercial success, The Ring Garden City has generated multiple positive social values. By integrating natural ecology into commercial space, it has created an “emotional energy field” beyond traditional shopping places for the communities and residents in the area. It is an extension of residents’ life, a family living room, a community courtyard, and an all-weather public space that is safe, comfortable, vibrant and multi-functional.
