由gmp·冯·格康,玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所规划设计的南京金融城二期(现命名为紫金金融中心)已全面建成,目前正处于竣工验收申报阶段。随着C地块最终完工,一座高达416.6米、88层的超高层塔楼——紫金金融大厦正式落成。该塔楼不仅是gmp成立以来设计并建成的最高建筑,也是南京市主体结构高度最高的建筑。其挺拔且层次分明的体量塑造出鲜明的城市形象,为南京天际线增添了一座极具辨识度的新地标。

Nanjing Financial City II, designed by von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects (gmp) and now renamed Zijin Financial Center, has been officially completed, including plot C with its 416.6 - meter, 88 - story super high - rise, called Zijin Financial Tower. This is not only the tallest building ever designed and realized by gmp, but also the tallest in Nanjing in terms of structural height. Its slender, clearly articulated shape establishes a striking urban presence, adding a highly recognizable new landmark to the city’s skyline.

项目位于南京主城区西南部的河西新城。经过二十余年的持续建设,河西新城已发展为以滨江景观为特色,融合金融商务、科技创新、文化休闲与生态居住等多重功能的国际化城市新区。项目处于南京青奥轴线与中央商务区轴线交汇的关键节点,地理位置显著。
The project is located in Hexi New Town, in the southwestern part of Nanjing’s main urban area. Following more than two decades of continuous development, Hexi has evolved into an international urban district characterized by its waterfront setting and a mix of financial services, technological innovation, cultural amenities, and ecologically minded residential community. The site occupies a prominent position at the intersection of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Axis and the CBD Axis.

基地面积约6.5万平方米,总建筑面积约80万平方米。一条南北向景观轴线将场地划分为A、C两个地块,五座塔楼沿地块外围布置,形成整体有序的天际线界面。A地块三座塔楼(173米、217.5米、146米)围合布局;C地块两座塔楼呈对角布置,分别为416.6米与195米。塔楼型体均纵向划分,裙楼则嵌入塔楼下方,共同塑造出金融城二期在城市规划上的整体形象。两个地块中央分别设置下沉式庭院,由低层商业建筑围合,通过立体化空间组织强化了地上与地下商业流线的衔接。
The plot measures approximately 65,000 square meters, with the building providing a total gross floor area of around 800,000 square meters. A north–south landscape axis divides the development into plots A and C, while five towers are arranged along the site perimeter, forming a cohesive and ordered skyline frontage. Plot A contains three towers (173 m, 217.5 m, and 146 m) in an enclosed configuration, while plot C features two diagonally positioned towers (416.6 m and 195 m). All towers are vertically articulated, with podium volumes integrated beneath them, together shaping the overall urban image of Financial City II. At the center of both plots, sunken courtyards enclosed by low-rise commercial buildings strengthen the spatial connection between ground-level and underground retail circulation through a three-dimensional spatial organization.

中部的B地块则以绿化景观、高低错落的广场及下沉庭院构成,延续并强化中央商务区的绿色轴线。基地外缘设置城市广场,进一步拓展公共活动空间。机动车环道布置于地块外围,使核心区域完全以步行为主,营造出连续、开放的高品质公共环境。建成后的金融城二期形成集办公、酒店、公寓与商业于一体的混合功能街区。
Plot B, located in the middle of the development, is defined by landscaped areas, multi-level plazas, and additional sunken courtyards, extending and reinforcing the CBD’s green axis. Urban plazas are positioned along the site edges, further expanding the network of public spaces. A vehicular ring road runs along the perimeter, ensuring that the core of the development remains entirely pedestrian-oriented, creating a continuous, open, and high-quality public realm. Upon completion, Financial City II forms a mixed-use urban district integrating offices, hotels, serviced apartments, and retail outlets.

作为项目的标志性建筑,紫金金融大厦选址展示界面的核心地段,是城市天际线与滨江景观的重要视觉焦点。塔楼由三组高低错落的体量组合而成,赋予超高层建筑动态而富有节奏的整体形象。体块之间以纵向玻璃夹缝相连,增强了立面的通透感;两处两层高的水平玻璃夹缝则成为塑造建筑形象的关键元素,其中设置空中大堂等公共空间,强化了高层建筑的公共属性与近人尺度。
As the project’s signature building, Zijin Financial Tower occupies the most prominent position along the development’s primary urban frontage and serves as a key visual focus for both the skyline and the riverside landscape. The tower consists of three vertically staggered volumes, giving the super-tall structure a dynamic and rhythmical overall composition. Vertical glass slots between the volumes enhance the transparency of the facade, while two double-height horizontal glass bands serve as defining architectural elements. These levels contain public functions such as sky lobbies, reinforcing the tower’s public character and a sense of human scale within the high-rise environment.

塔楼功能自下而上依次为办公、酒店与商业。84至85层为城市观光层,乘坐高速观光电梯约1分钟即可抵达。360度环绕的全景落地玻璃,为访客提供俯瞰长江景观及南京城市风貌的开阔视野。
Functionally, the tower is organized – from bottom to top – into offices, a hotel and commercial area. Levels 84 and 85 function as a public observation deck, reachable in approximately one minute via high-speed elevators. Visitors are offered expansive views over the Yangtze River and the cityscape of Nanjing with 360-degree panoramic glazing.
