布吕耶庄园公园住宅丨法国巴黎丨Franklin Azzi与ChartierDalix

在蒙特勒伊区的核心地带，位于拉布吕耶尔庄园（Domaine La Bruyère）内，九栋新建建筑被置入于十栋修复后的既有建筑及公园内珍贵树木之间。该项目扎根于一所20世纪初女子寄宿学校所遗留下来的建筑与景观遗产之中。得益于毗邻全新的凡尔赛尚蒂耶车站（Versailles Chantiers），这一全新的住宅综合体得以与大巴黎地区建立联系。Franklin Azzi与ChartierDalix两家事务所受邀展开一场建筑对话，通过在既有建筑与新建体量之间建立连续性的策略，共同打造包含137套住宅单元的社区。

At the heart of the Montreuil district, within the Domaine La Bruyère, nine new buildings are set among ten rehabilitated structures and the park’s remarkable trees. Rooted in the strong built and landscaped heritage of a former girls’ boarding school from the early 20th century, the new residential complex is connected to Greater Paris thanks to its proximity to the new Versailles Chantiers station. The agencies Franklin Azzi and ChartierDalix were invited to engage in an architectural dialogue to create 137 housing units through a play of continuity between existing and new constructions.

项目通过统一的基座体量确立了共同的设计意图。该体量进深纤细，由两层高度构成，并设有可进入的屋顶；其形态通过弯折以尊重场地中珍贵的既有树木，在折叠处设置了垂直交通核心。这一基座体量由两家事务所以不同方式加以诠释。

A shared intention is established through a common base massing. Slim in depth, rising over two levels with accessible roofs, the volume bends to position itself in respect of the site’s remarkable trees; within its fold are located the vertical circulation cores. This base volume is interpreted by the two firms through distinct responses.

通过采用强化与自然关系的有机空间分布方式，Franklin Azzi选择以具有浮雕感的体量处理策略，在建筑实体中开凿出精细切割的开口。由此形成的窗洞、廊台与日光室，共同框取周边景观视野。

By working with an organic spatial distribution that enhances exposure to nature, Franklin Azzi opts for a treatment of volumes carved out in relief, with finely cut openings in the built mass. Windows, loggias, and solariums thus frame views of the garden from angles that preserve privacy while encouraging dialogue with neighboring plots.
