Colliers Define designed the Tate&Lyle offices in Łódź, harmoniously blending elegance and functionality with biophilic elements to create a dynamic workspace that reflects the company’s esteemed product heritage.

Tate & Lyle is synonymous with top-quality food products, and in that spirit, we’ve concocted our own formula for the ideal office setting. This vision has been the bedrock of our design philosophy. Our ‘recipe’ for the office includes these essential elements:

Elegance and practicality are interwoven throughout the workspace. The design features a sophisticated reception area adorned in soft, neutral tones, which harmonizes with the minimalist style of the open areas.

Drawing from Tate & Lyle’s diverse array of products, we’ve crafted unique meeting spaces. These rooms boast wall collages that echo the textures and hues of chocolate, yogurt, and grains, reflecting the company’s rich product heritage.

Embracing biophilic design principles, we’ve infused the office with an abundance of plant life. Greenery enlivens every corner, from desk dividers to kitchen accents, culminating in striking plant walls that foster a serene atmosphere.

Central to the design is the agora, a multifunctional networking hub. It caters to the company’s need for a versatile space for large gatherings, such as quarterly meetings. With movable walls, this area adapts to various configurations, reflecting the office’s dynamic and functional nature.

The new Tate & Lyle office is a testament to how intentional design can cultivate a workspace that is both stimulating and nurturing. By weaving together natural elements and motifs inspired by our products, we’ve created an environment that not only bolsters employee well-being but also embodies the essence of the Tate & Lyle brand.
