圣保罗Vila Nova Conceição街区，建筑事务所Meireles Pavan对一栋上世纪老宅进行了整体改造。创始人布鲁诺·梅雷莱斯（Bruno Meireles）与安德烈·帕万（André Pavan）保留了原有结构和开窗比例，在尊重历史尺度的基础上引入现代设计元素，使住宅呈现克制而鲜明的气质。

In the Vila Nova Conceição neighborhood of São Paulo, the architectural firm Meireles Pavan has carried out a complete renovation of an old house from the last century. The founders, Bruno Meireles and André Pavan, have preserved the original structure and window proportions, while introducing modern design elements while respecting the historical scale, resulting in a restrained yet distinct character for the residence.

立面采用砖材覆盖，厚重的肌理赋予建筑沉稳感，部分砖元素延伸入室内，营造连续的时间感。入户后，雕塑感楼梯成为视觉焦点，引导视线自然向上延伸。首层通过保留的大面积窗框和新增天窗引入充足自然光，庭院与附属小屋中的书房、服务区相互渗透，空间层次丰富而流畅。

The facade is covered with brick materials, and the thick texture gives the building a sense of stability. Some brick elements extend into the interior, creating a continuous sense of time. After entering the entrance, the sculptural staircase becomes the visual focal point, guiding the line of sight to naturally extend upwards. On the first floor, a large area of window frames that have been retained and a new skylight are used to introduce abundant natural light. The courtyard and the study and service area in the attached cottage are interpenetrated, resulting in a rich and smooth spatial hierarchy.

室内以低饱和色调为主，墙面纹理细腻，社交空间铺设granitile地坪，强化整体连贯感，私密区域则以木质饰面营造温暖氛围。餐区顶面、楼梯曲线和天窗轮廓呈现有机形态，与定制木作细节相呼应。一层设有三间卧室，屋顶露台面向城市树冠，景观设计与伊比拉普埃拉公园（Parque Ibirapuera）的绿意相连，使都市住宅获得宁静而舒适的生活体验。

The interior is dominated by low saturation tones, with fine textures on the walls. The social area is equipped with granite tile flooring, enhancing the overall coherence. The private areas feature wooden finishes to create a warm atmosphere. The ceiling, staircase curves, and skylight contours of the dining area present organic shapes, echoing the custom woodwork details. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The rooftop terrace faces the urban canopy, and the landscape design is connected to the greenery of the Parque Ibirapuera, allowing the urban residence to enjoy a serene and comfortable living experience.
