立于苏州河百年渡口之上，长于民族工商业的崛起，曹家渡百年的发展历史，完整保留了上海从农耕文明到工业文明，再到信息时代的变迁轨迹。其做为上海百年商贸的见证者，这片土地，深植江南吴越文化的温润底蕴，亦融汇各地移民与西方近现代文明的精粹，凝练成了独具一格的海派文化风貌。

Standing on the hundred year old ferry crossing of Suzhou River, with a history of the rise of national industry and commerce, Caojiadu has fully preserved the changing trajectory of Shanghai from agricultural civilization to industrial civilization, and then to the information age. As a witness to Shanghai’s century old commerce and trade, this land is deeply rooted in the warm heritage of Jiangnan Wu Yue culture, and also integrates the essence of immigrants from various regions and Western modern civilization, condensing into a unique Shanghai style cultural style.

布鲁盟设计担纲此次信达信安里别墅软装设计，以空间为媒介，执笔续写这片土地的当代叙事。从历史记忆中寻找现代文明的共鸣，解构上海的精神内核是布鲁盟设计的出发点，通过“藏富于内”的雅致、烟火气中的秩序感、以及中西碰撞下的摩登生机，呈现一个“极致新装饰主义”的超现代空间。

布鲁盟用设计提出一个问题并给出答案：当代高端生活，究竟应该是怎样的？——它应是深厚的、有故事的、与脚下这片土地血脉相连的。

Brumeng Design is responsible for the soft decoration design of the Xinda Xin’anli Villa, using space as a medium to continue writing the contemporary narrative of this land. Finding resonance with modern civilization from historical memory and deconstructing the spiritual core of Shanghai is the starting point of Brummel’s design. Through the elegance of "hidden within", the sense of order in the smoke and fire, and the modern vitality of the collision of Chinese and Western cultures, it presents an ultra modern space of "ultimate new decoration".

Blumeng raises a question with design and provides an answer: What should contemporary high-end life be like? ——It should be profound, storytelling, and connected to the land beneath its feet.

设计从曹家渡的百年文脉中提取灵感——红砖几何、T形线条、石库门花式，与现代主义的极简轮廓碰撞。推开那扇以现代金属工艺重塑的石库门，指尖触碰到门楣上复刻自信安里老建筑的纹样，仿佛叩响了时光之门。晨光透过木格栅窗棂，在地面投下斑驳光影，让人恍若回到儿时在信安里巷弄追逐光斑的夏日午后。

The design draws inspiration from the century old cultural context of Caojiadu - red brick geometry, T-shaped lines, and stone gate patterns, colliding with the minimalist contours of modernism. Pushing open the stone warehouse door reshaped with modern metal craftsmanship, my fingertips touched the pattern of the confident Anli old building replicated on the lintel, as if knocking on the door of time. The morning light shines through the wooden lattice windows, casting mottled light and shadow on the ground, making people feel like they are back in the summer afternoon when they were chasing light spots in the alleys of Xin’an when they were young.

“岁月如流水般流转，流水冲刷着万物，沉淀留存下的，是历史长河中的璀璨，重现在人们眼前，成为永恒的经典。”

Time flows like flowing water, washing away all things and leaving behind the brilliance of the long river of history. It reappears before people’s eyes and becomes an eternal classic

视线前置，豁然开朗的客厅空间如同一幅徐徐展开的时空画卷。一层客厅以Baci咖啡桌为视觉焦点，完美融合了高品质的意大利木材与缟玛瑙贝壳，珍贵的宝石色调柔和精致的棕色纹理，体现出独特的和谐统一，每一处细节都经过精心雕琢，以彰显自然肌理的美感。

Looking ahead, the living room space suddenly opens up like a slowly unfolding picture of time and space. The first floor living room features a Baci coffee table as the visual focal point, perfectly blending high-quality Italian wood and onyx shells. The precious gemstone color scheme is soft and delicate with a brown texture, reflecting a unique harmony and unity. Every detail has been carefully crafted to showcase the beauty of natural textures.

沙发织物的柔软质感与金属装饰的冷硬光泽形成对比——咖啡桌的木质基底带着自然的生长纹理，玛瑙贝壳镶嵌面光泽细腻。晨光透过金属格栅窗棂，在地面投下斑驳光影，让人恍若回到儿时在信安里巷弄追逐光斑的夏日午后。

The soft texture of sofa fabric contrasts with the cold and hard luster of metal decoration - the wooden base of the coffee table has a natural growth texture, and the agate shell inlay surface has a delicate luster. The morning light shines through the metal grille window frames, casting mottled light and shadow on the ground, making people feel like they are back in the summer afternoon when they were chasing light spots in the alleys of Xin’an when they were young.

白棕双色相搭的沙发与单人椅围合出温馨的休憩区域其造型模拟海岸线的柔美弧度，黑白交织的螺旋造型沙发成为空间设计的点睛。古典建筑的构造元素与自然意象悄然邂逅，理性的几何线条与有机的灵动形态彼此呼应。

The white brown dual tone sofa and single chair enclose a warm resting area, and its shape simulates the gentle curvature of the coastline. The black and white interwoven spiral shaped sofa becomes the finishing touch of the spatial design. The structural elements of classical architecture quietly intersect with natural imagery, with rational geometric lines and organic and dynamic forms echoing each other.

完全开放的西厨区域，以无界融入自由的客厅区域，这里是社交的延伸，这里没有严格的宾主界限，一切都随着人的流动而自由定义。西厨吧台以红棕调天然大理石为骨，流动的深褐纹路在温润石面上晕开，自带奢雅肌理；吧台柜体缀着铜金色哑光金属边，冷硬金属揉进石面暖调里，平衡出轻奢质感。

The fully open western kitchen area blends seamlessly into the free living room area, serving as an extension of social interaction. There are no strict boundaries between guests and hosts, and everything is freely defined according to the flow of people. The Western Kitchen Bar counter is made of natural marble with a red brown color scheme, and the flowing deep brown patterns blend on the warm stone surface, creating a luxurious and elegant texture; The counter cabinet is decorated with copper gold matte metal edges, and the cold hard metal is kneaded into the warm tone of the stone surface, balancing the light luxury texture.

配套吧椅裹着编织肌理混纺织物，软包坐垫衬着细微的织物质感，触感应是柔糯又带摩挲的温度。当人们坐于高脚凳上，无论是参与即兴的料理创作还是精致的西式餐点，或是在柔和的几何吊灯下分享一杯餐前酒，都显得格外舒适与从容。

The matching bar chair is wrapped in a woven texture blended fabric, and the soft cushion is lined with a subtle texture of the fabric, providing a soft and warm touch. When people sit on a high stool, whether it’s participating in impromptu culinary creations, exquisite Western style meals, or sharing a pre dinner drink under a soft geometric chandelier, they feel particularly comfortable and composed.

无界开放的布局逻辑、古今共生的材质碰撞、光影流动的层次营造，构建出兼具仪式感与烟火气的当代海派空间。每一处材质选择、每一条线条勾勒，都在诉说古典与现代、东方与西方的美学协奏。

The layout logic of unbounded openness, the collision of ancient and modern materials, and the layered creation of light and shadow flow create a contemporary Shanghai style space that combines ritual and smoke and fire. Every material selection and every line outline tells the aesthetic harmony between classical and modern, Eastern and Western.

餐厅内，陶土色墙布纹率先定调，为空间注入雅致怀旧的底蕴。

In the restaurant, the clay colored walls and cloth patterns are the first to set the tone, injecting an elegant and nostalgic atmosphere into the space.

墙面《对话》的画框与精绘融作一处，画中东方留白的哲学与西方构成主义的精神形成微妙平衡，抽象的肌理层次在理性秩序中自由生长。色层在光影作用下产生丰富的视觉韵律，犹如时间在画面上的自然沉积。

The frame of the wall painting "Dialogue" blends seamlessly with the exquisite painting, creating a subtle balance between the philosophy of leaving space in the East and the spirit of Western constructivism. The abstract texture layers freely grow in a rational order. Color layers produce rich visual rhythms under the influence of light and shadow, like the natural sedimentation of time on the screen.

红棕石纹圆桌承着花束与金属烛台的精致，黑椅软包衬着柔缓的曲线，餐椅靠背的镂空曲线尤为点睛，它融汇了东方圈椅的灵韵与现代设计的简约，线条如雕塑般流畅，静中蕴动。

The red brown stone patterned round table carries the delicate bouquet and metal candlestick, while the soft black chair cushion complements the gentle curves. The hollowed out curve of the dining chair backrest is particularly eye-catching, blending the spirit of Eastern round chairs with the simplicity of modern design. The lines are as smooth as sculptures, embodying stillness and movement.

纹路、图画是为传达信息而发明并留下了时代的烙印，代表独特语言的图样也在传世中形成风格，艺术由此而诞生。Patterns and drawings were invented to convey information and left the imprint of the times. Patterns representing unique languages also formed styles through transmission, giving birth to art.

暖黄墙面背景，黑金属曲线似随性舒展的线条，在墙畔漾开灵动。置物架旁的经典黑白棋盘格边几，每一块材质都浸着复古韵致。

In a corner of the side hall, a comfortable and spacious "travel imprint exhibition hall" is used to narrate the family’s "travel imprint". The light beige sofa is surrounded by brown orange woven pillows, with a soft touch wrapped in warmth. The gap between the sliding door and the storage rack wrapped in herringbone wood veneer exudes a warm texture - books, textured decorative jars, and vintage small boxes are scattered on the shelf, as if hiding small stories of time.

夹层西餐厅与茶室以折衷主义艺术为舞台，将青花器皿的温婉诗意与当代艺术的张力并置，展开一场跨越时空的东西方文化对话。

The mezzanine Western restaurant and tea room use eclectic art as a stage, juxtaposing the gentle poetry of blue and white vessels with the tension of contemporary art, to engage in a cross-cultural dialogue spanning time and space between the East and the West.

镂空设计的椅背如雕刻的浮雕诗卷，蜂王图案的在沉色背景下更彰显气质和厚重感，而浅棕绒面坐垫则以温润的触感中和了这种冷硬气质，让古典奢华有了可触摸的柔软。

The hollowed out design of the backrest resembles a carved relief poem scroll, while the queen bee pattern highlights its temperament and weightiness against a dark background. The light brown suede cushion neutralizes this cold and hard temperament with a warm touch, giving classical luxury a touchable softness.

温润似玉的瓷器，低语岁月沉淀的宁静与从容:剔透莹澈的琉璃器皿，捕捉每一瞬光与影的灵动。Eichholtz Toscano吊灯的手工玻璃折射出暖金光芒，东方茶器与西方银器共陈一室，在味觉与视觉的双重盛宴中，实现东西方生活美学的无缝衔接。

Warm and jade like porcelain whispers the tranquility and composure of time: transparent and translucent glass vessels capture the agility of every moment of light and shadow. The handmade glass of the Eichholtz Toscano pendant light reflects a warm golden glow, and the Eastern tea utensils and Western silverware are displayed in the same room, achieving a seamless connection between Eastern and Western life aesthetics in the dual feast of taste and vision.

餐厅整体以蓝色为主色调，餐桌蓝色大理石台面与蓝色绒面展示架相映，墙面《Glazetrace》作品以精工塑形与艺绘上釉错落排布，餐椅的椅背采用精雕细琢的手工雕刻，饰有优雅的蜂王图案，既彰显气派，又能为空间增添个性。丝绒与玻璃、瓷器，这是跨域美学的兼容质感，每一件器皿陈列，都是古今文化跨时空的轻语。

The master bedroom suite is like a peaceful sanctuary, slowly unfolding towards you. The tree shadow pattern wall painting at the head of the bed seems to emerge naturally from the wall. The backrest of the head of the bed blends curved and straight designs, creating a relaxed and delicate feeling. The light camel colored bed body blends harmoniously with warm tones, enveloping a warm sleeping atmosphere like sunlight.

长辈房灵感源自法鲁，以刺绣效果、几何编织、大型植物叶片提花以及丰富而永恒的平原和假平原装饰嵌入长辈房的墙面。床品选用植物、花卉纹路的肌理浮于布艺之上，以雅致高端的方式最大限度的放松身心，营造出舒适及高级的体验感。仰卧其中，让人忘却所有的疲惫，找寻心灵的静谧之所。

The inspiration for the senior room comes from Faro, with embroidery effects, geometric weaving, large plant leaf jacquard, and rich and eternal plain and false plain decorations embedded in the walls of the senior room. The bedding is made of plant and floral patterns floating on the fabric, creating an elegant and high-end way to relax the body and mind to the maximum extent, and creating a comfortable and high-end experience. Lying in it, one can forget all exhaustion and find a peaceful place for the soul.

“蘑菇”造型灯具以极简轮廓裹着层次细节，复古质感的茶具衬着金属肌理的小桌，与镜面的空间折射相衬，让光线、形态与想象在此交织，重塑视觉维度，温暖之意徐徐而来。

Inside the attic, artworks embody dynamic beauty in a contemporary and concise form, flowing with unique radiance, creating a profound dialogue between modern design language and natural spirituality. The woven texture on the ground is wrapped in natural curves, the decorative painting on the sand surface of the wall is drawn with black threads, and the rough texture of the stone patterned brick surface complements the overall warmth. These small details infuse the simplicity of the attic with the lightness of art.

窗下区域是暖调质朴的手工展示台，浅米色石纹柜体衬着同色系编织地面，窗棂漏进的日光裹着城市建筑轮廓，将一排陶艺摆件晕得温软，每一件器皿的粗粝手工感，都让空间浸着松弛的暖意。

The area under the window is a warm and rustic handmade display platform, with light beige stone patterned cabinets lining the woven floor of the same color scheme. The sunlight leaked through the window frames wraps around the outline of the city building, making a row of ceramic ornaments warm and soft. 阁楼斜顶的弧度让阳光影射进来，织纹软椅搭着木边小桌，陶瓶与素描画作并置，浅米砂面盖罐、棕褐扭纹陶瓶，在日光斜切的光影里，露出手工肌理的粗粝与温柔。

The curvature of the sloping roof of the attic allows sunlight to shine in, with woven soft chairs resting on a small wooden table.
