在Hong Kong 山顶（The Peak）的一处静谧山居之上，Bean Buro 为一位长期合作的客户打造了一座近700平方米的私人宅邸。项目延续双方此前在高端办公空间合作中建立的默契与信任，将“精致生活方式”转译为一处兼具艺术品味与身心疗愈属性的家庭居所。空间不仅回应日常起居功能，更成为承载艺术收藏、古董陈设与家庭社交的复合场域。

Perched atop the verdant slopes of The Peak in Hong Kong, this nearly 700-square-metre private residence was conceived by Bean Buro for a long-standing client. Building on the trust and rapport established through previous collaborations on luxury office interiors, the project translates a refined lifestyle into a domestic environment that balances artistic sensibility with restorative calm. The home is not merely a setting for daily life, but a layered spatial framework accommodating art collections, antiques and family-oriented social living.

业主崇尚优雅而克制的奢华，强调在审美格调与舒适体验之间取得平衡。设计团队以“低调的精致”为核心策略，弱化炫耀式表达，通过材质层次与比例控制构建内敛气质。建筑坐落于绿意环绕的山体环境之中，自然景观成为空间叙事的重要组成部分。设计通过开阔视野与流畅动线，将山林的纵深感与室内结构的秩序感融合，使建筑仿佛从地形中生长而出。

The client’s lifestyle is defined by sophistication and discernment, with an emphasis on achieving equilibrium between elegance and comfort. The design strategy centres on a restrained interpretation of luxury — eschewing overt opulence in favour of material nuance, calibrated proportions and spatial clarity. Situated within a serene mountain landscape, the residence integrates its natural surroundings into the architectural narrative. Expansive views and fluid circulation dissolve boundaries between interior and exterior, allowing the house to feel as though it emerges organically from the terrain.

公共区域的挑高客餐厅成为空间结构中的精神核心。充沛自然光通过高窗引入，强化空间纵深感与仪式感；洞石墙面细节与精心甄选的高端家具共同营造出沉稳而开放的社交氛围。在宏阔尺度与细腻触感之间，项目完成了一种兼具山居静谧与都会格调的当代生活诠释。

The double-height living and dining hall stands as the architectural and emotional centre of the home. Abundant natural light enters through high openings, amplifying verticality and reinforcing a sense of grandeur. Travertine wall detailing, paired with thoughtfully curated premium furnishings, establishes an atmosphere that is both dignified and inviting. Through the interplay of generous scale and tactile subtlety, the residence articulates a contemporary interpretation of mountain living infused with metropolitan sophistication.

大量定制构件成为项目的核心表达之一。雕塑感楼梯既承担垂直交通功能，又作为空间焦点，优雅地连接上层私密区域；全屋定制柜体系统以高品质饰面与精细收口回应业主对收藏与日常收纳的双重需求，实现功能与形式的高度统一。

Custom-designed elements form a critical layer of the project’s identity. A sculptural staircase operates simultaneously as vertical circulation and spatial focal point, elegantly connecting the upper private quarters. Throughout the residence, bespoke cabinetry integrates high-quality finishes with meticulous detailing, delivering storage solutions that respond precisely to the client’s lifestyle while maintaining formal integrity.

材质选择体现出高度克制与精准判断。欧洲木材以其稳定的结构性能与细腻纹理，为空间注入温润基调；高等级洞石（Travertine）则用于墙面与定制木作表面，天然孔隙肌理在光线变化中呈现丰富层次，形成低调而持续的视觉张力。来自欧洲的织物面料强化了触感维度，使整体氛围在视觉与感知层面均保持和谐统一。

Material selection was approached with rigorous precision. European timber, valued for its structural stability and expressive grain, introduces warmth and tactile depth. High-grade travertine articulates walls and bespoke joinery, its porous surface catching light to create subtle yet persistent visual texture. Carefully sourced European textiles further enrich the sensory dimension, ensuring cohesion between visual refinement and physical comfort.
