项目突破常规的「商业外街+内部住区」的刻板框架，以组团式建筑环绕「绿谷」的布局，营造出既开放又围合的松弛氛围，让建筑与景观的边界温柔消融，最终呈现一个开放而富有生机的植物花园社区。

灵感溯源INSPIRATION TRACING

武汉的丘陵与银杏的慢信

项目的灵魂，深深植根于场所的记忆。设计提取武汉「起伏的丘陵地貌」 与深秋漫天飞舞的「金黄银杏」为两大核心意象。丘陵，寓意着地形的节奏与空间的层次；银杏，则渲染出温暖、宁静且富有时间感的色彩氛围。项目将地形高差转化为空间层次，用银杏叶的色彩过渡铺陈视觉节奏。

The soul of the project is deeply rooted in the memory of the place. The design extracts the "undulating hilly terrain" of Wuhan and the "golden ginkgo trees" dancing in the air in late autumn as the two core images. Hills symbolize the rhythm of the terrain and the layers of space. The ginkgo trees create a warm, serene and time-sensitive color atmosphere. The project transforms the elevation difference of the terrain into spatial layers and uses the color transition of ginkgo leaves to lay out the visual rhythm.

「丘」作为核心主题，既是地形特征，更是空间哲学——起伏之间，是收与放、静与动、私密与开放的精妙平衡。这不是简单地模仿自然，而是将自然转化为可参与、可感知的场所精神。

The core theme of "hill" is not only a topographic feature but also a spatial philosophy - between the undulations, there is a delicate balance of contraction and expansion, stillness and movement, privacy and openness.This is not simply imitating nature, but transforming nature into a place spirit that can be participated in and perceived.

空间重构SPATIAL RECONSTRUCTION

消失的建筑，浮现的绿丘

建筑布局设计主动退让城市主干道，组团式分布于场地外围，像被风吹散的银杏叶，围合出一片「绿丘」的静谧。

The architectural layout design actively gives way to the main urban roads and is distributed in clusters around the site, like scattered ginkgo leaves blown by the wind, enclosing a quiet "green hill".

隈研吾的「超级灰空间」理念在此发挥到极致：景观以柔软姿态介入，建筑退台、廊架、檐下空间被景观化，绿植构建起整个空间骨架、极简线条与原木材质消解建筑的冷硬感，建立可近可远的社交距离，满足私密交谈与开放活动的不同需求。

Kengo Kuma’s "Super Grey Space" concept is brought to its peak here: the landscape intervenes in a soft manner, and the terraces, pergolas, and eaves under the building are landscapized. Green plants form the framework of the entire space, and minimalist lines and raw wood materials dissolve the cold and hard feeling of the building, establishing a social distance that can be close or far, meeting the different needs of private conversations and open activities.

这不是被动的退让，而是主动的策略——让喧嚣在入口即被过滤，让商业在公园中自然生长。

This is not a passive concession but an active strategy - letting the hustle and bustle be filtered out at the entrance and allowing business to grow naturally in the park.

建筑不再是主角，而是自然的画框；商业不再是目的，而是生活的偶遇。

Architecture is no longer the protagonist but the frame of nature. Business is no longer an end but a chance encounter in life.

设计破局DESIGN BREAKINGTHROUGH

延续「丘」的整体概念，以混合式植物情绪营造为策略，将场地解构为草、石、花、雨、森五种「丘」的叙事，每种叙事对应一种业态气质、一种植物情绪、一种空间语法，让植物成为商业业态的「情绪翻译器」。

Continuing the overall concept of "Hill", with the strategy of creating mixed plant emotions, the site is deconstructed into five narratives of "Hill":grass, stones, flowers, rain, and forest. Each narrative corresponds to a business format temperament, a plant emotion, and a spatial grammar, making plants the "emotion translator" of commercial business formats.

「草之丘」的自然清新场▼「草之丘」剖面分析 Section analysis

作为项目的形象入口，这里秉承草之丘的设计理念。疏林草地的植物配置勾勒出清新底色，阳光穿透枝叶洒下斑驳光影，微风拂过，草木轻摇，将文艺感与自然气息完美融合，为每一位来访者铺垫下松弛的心境，开启一场自然与美学的邂逅。

As the image entrance of the project, this place adheres to the design concept of "Grass Hill". The plant configuration of the sparse forest and grassland Outlines a fresh background color. Sunlight penetrates the branches and leaves, casting dappled shadows. A gentle breeze blows, causing the grass and trees to sway gently. The artistic sense and natural atmosphere are perfectly integrated, laying a relaxed state of mind for every visitor and initiating an encounter between nature and aesthetics.

唱片商店的文艺格调与这里相得益彰，成为人们放松、交流的灵感聚集地。

The artistic atmosphere of the record store complements this place perfectly, making it a gathering place for inspiration where people can relax and exchange ideas.

「石之丘」的静谧休闲地

脚步将至，水系景观在视线前铺陈开来，波光轻漾，与廊墙相映生境。

As one approaches, the water landscape unfolds before the eyes, with gentle ripples reflecting the corridor walls.

石与影交织成一幅低声叙事的画面，让人仿佛迈入一处被自然与艺术共同守护的门庭之所。

Stone and shadow intertwine to create a quietly narrative scene, making one feel as if stepping into a courtyard protected by both nature and art.

素雅的观赏草与花境点缀于起伏地形之中，共同营造出一种侘寂感的都市荒野。

The elegant ornamental grass and flower beds are dotted among the undulating terrain, jointly creating a sense of wabi-sabi in the urban wilderness.This kind of atmosphere precisely serves the leisure of tea during the day and wine at night, concealing vitality in the tranquility.

围绕“花漾盒子”，采用新自然主义花园的营造手法。层次丰富的宿根花卉与观赏草，形成细腻、柔美、随季节变化的植物画面，将商业空间转化为一个充满美学感染力的自然客厅。

Centering on the "Flower-like Box", the construction techniques of the new naturalistic garden are adopted. The richly layered perennial flowers and ornamental grasses form a delicate, gentle and seasonal plant picture, transforming the commercial space into a natural living room full of aesthetic appeal.

「雨之丘」的时尚野趣洲

借助高大乔木、阔叶植物与附生蕨类，构筑出热带雨林风格的浓郁绿意与层次感。

By using tall trees, broad-leaved plants and epiphytic ferns, a rich green and layered tropical rainforest-style atmosphere is constructed.

这种充满生命力的野趣氛围，完美烘托了轻食潮玩所代表的时尚与探索精神。

By adopting a multi-layered and dense forest planting approach, a rare forest secret realm in the city has been created.

这里是沉浸式的解压之地，为网球运动与生活方式体验提供了一个被浓荫与静谧包裹的“精神绿洲”。

This is an immersive stress-relieving place, offering a "spiritual oasis" enveloped in shade and tranquility for tennis and lifestyle experiences.

结语EPILOGUE

在招商·原颂，「丘」不仅是地形的隐喻，更是一种生活状态的塑造，有起伏，有层次，有沉浸，也有释放。它提供了一种可能：在光谷，在武汉，我们仍可栖居于一处理想森居，在金色光影与绿色起伏之间，找到属于当下的、轻盈的、自然的生活方式。

At Wuhan·SONG OF PRAISE, "Hill" is not only a metaphor for terrain but also a shaping of a certain state of life. There are ups and downs, layers, immersion, and release. It offers a possibility: in Optics Valley, in Wuhan, we can still dwell in a forest. Between the golden light and shadow and the undulating green, find a light and natural lifestyle that belongs to the present.
