Allen Architecture Interiors Design (AAID) crafted the EY offices in Riyadh, merging contemporary innovation with cultural heritage to reflect Saudi Arabia’s transformation and EY’s progress as a global leader.
AAID designed Ernst & Young’s dynamic new regional headquarters in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District, which was brought to life by Fit-Out specialists, INC Group.
Titled “The Evolution of Arabia,” the design concept reflects Saudi Arabia’s extraordinary transformation from its proud tribal heritage to its position today as a global economic powerhouse. This journey parallels EY’s own growth from a local firm to one of the world’s leading professional services organisations.
AAID’s approach focused on creating a workplace that embodies innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability. The design merges contemporary aesthetics with subtle cultural references, balancing modern functionality with a deep respect for tradition. Open, flexible spaces promote collaboration and connection, while sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems align with EY’s global environmental commitments and Saudi Vision 2030’s focus on responsible development.
The new Riyadh headquarters not only supports EY’s operational excellence but also serves as a powerful symbol of progress, reflecting the ambition and forward momentum of both the company and the Kingdom. Through its thoughtful design, AAID has delivered a space that inspires people, celebrates heritage, and looks confidently to the future.
