“五房两厅改一房一厅”的奢侈减法，一人居的烟火气

项目原始五室户型经解构重组，保留建筑框架的同时，用洞石肌理与金属线条重构空间表情。设计师提出"1+1＞5"的改造公式——1个主人生活核心区+1个弹性社交模块，取代传统卧室集群。

The original five-bedroom layout of the project is deconstructed and reassembled, retaining the architectural framework while recreating the spatial expression with the texture of stones and metal lines. The designer proposes a transformation formula of "1 1＞5" - 1 master living core area 1 elastic social module, replacing the traditional cluster.

「结合两个承重柱核心区打造岛台」，既是餐桌也是社交中心

中柱岛台配备双洄游动线，4米台面暗藏电磁炉模块。折叠玻璃门完全打开后，餐厅可容纳三五好友聚会派对。

隐藏式家政：粮油储物间+生活储物间+双开门冰箱全嵌入，均为隐藏式处理。保持空间整洁易整理。

The central island is equipped with a double-circulation layout, and a built-in induction cooktop module is hidden under the 4-meter countert. When the folding glass door is fully opened, the dining room can accommodate a gathering of three or five good friends. The hidden housekeeping room, grain and oil storage room living storage room double-door refrigerator are all embedded, and they are all hidden. Maintain a clean and easy-to-organize space.

洞石革命：墙面大部分采用意大利洞石，天然孔洞成为光影过滤

意大利洞石覆盖50%垂直面，天然孔洞成为光的雕刻师。保留天然材质叙说自由的有故事；洞石处理后与微水泥质感地面形成地质层叠感。

Italian marble cladding covers 50% of the vertical surface, and the natural holes become the sculptor of light. Retaining the natural material to tell story of freedom; the marble treatment and the micro cement form a geological overlapping feeling.

楼梯扶手定制 铝板冲孔图案，激光冲孔抽象纹样

The stair handrail is made of 10mm aluminum plate with laser perforation, and the pattern is extracted from Changsha Star City. No matter day night, different light and shadow projections form dynamic urban silhouettes on the walls and floors.

楼梯扶手采用10mm铝板激光冲孔，图案提取长沙星城之意。不管白天还是黑夜不同光影投射，在墙面地面形成动态城市剪影。

二楼整层改为「复合型生活舱」：睡眠区+衣帽间+卫浴+洗衣房

作为主人领域，卧室通过7米挑空区可视客厅区，全屋智能系统支持声控分区照明。声控模块预设"独处/聚会"双模式，自动调节音乐；灯光色温与窗帘开合。

As the master domain, the bedroom is visible to the living room area through a 7-meter open space, and the whole-house intelligent system supports voicecontrolled zoning lighting. The voice control module presets a "solitude/gathering" dual mode, automatically adjusting music; light color temperature and curtain opening and closing

社交模块：4米长岛台支持多人聚餐，隐藏式升降投影；

自由动线：开放式空间，实现不同场景自由转换；

自然窗景：全落地窗衔接室外景观，洗手间打造绿植景观。

Social module: 4-meter-long island countertop supports group gatherings, hidden lift-and-drop projection ；

Free-flowing lines: Open space allows for free transitions between different scenarios ；

Natural window view: Full floor-to-ceiling windows connect to the outdoor view, bathroom creates a green plant。

"这不是反婚姻宣言，而是生活自主权的具象化。当洞石的永恒遇见铝板的瞬态，正是独居者既锚定自我又拥抱流动的完美隐喻。"

This is not an anti-marriage manifesto, but a visualization of the autonomy of life. When the eternity of the cave stone meets the transience of the sheet, it is the perfect metaphor for the single person who both anchors oneself and embraces the flow.
