Project Title : The Verdant Monolith

Subtitle: A Harmonious Intersection of Brutalist Geometry and Lush Tropical Landscape.​​​​​​​

Design Philosophy

The design explores the dialogue between Rawness and Refinement.

The Arches: Serving as the structural and visual anchor, the grand arches provide a cinematic framing of the surrounding landscape while allowing natural light to flood the triple-height interior spaces.

Materiality: A sophisticated palette of sand-blasted concrete, warm timber accents on the soffits, and sleek black metal frames.

Biophilic Integration: The rooftop gardens and "curtain of greenery" flowing from the parapets act as natural thermal insulators and a visual bridge to the site’s tropical context.​​​​​​​

Key Features

Grand Atrium: A central glass-enclosed dining and social area featuring majestic crystal chandeliers that create a dramatic contrast with the industrial exterior.

Private Oasis: An expansive poolside deck designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring minimalist loungers and a seamless transition from the living areas to the water.

Vertical Gardens: Strategically placed flora that softens the monolithic structure and creates a living, breathing facade.
