This façade design embraces a softened modern minimalism, characterized by monolithic white masses and fluid, curvilinear geometries. The structure utilizes smooth, filleted corners to reduce visual weight, creating a sculptural presence that feels organic rather than rigid. A key feature is the modern reinterpretation of the traditional mashrabiya, seen in the perforated screening that balances privacy with natural ventilation. Deeply recessed windows and vertical fins are strategically employed to provide shading and enhance the facade’s depth through dramatic shadow play. The textured white plaster finish acts as a clean canvas for sunlight, emphasizing the building's contours and softening the transition between solid walls and open spaces. Finally, the design seamlessly integrates nature and architectural lighting to frame the landscape and highlight the building's silhouette at night.
