Project in an old house. We renovated this apartment only once, as soon as the house was built. The client did not believe it could be made into something decent, but we did it. Very lucky that the house is brick, which meant that the walls are not load-bearing, and they can be demolished. There were doubts about whether we could still break down the walls, but we ordered the necessary documents to make sure everything was safe.
