111 West 57th Street

Area: 1770 sq. ft. / 165 sq. m.
Design: Maksym Iuriichuk

Rising above Midtown Manhattan, 111 West 57th Street represents one of New York’s most refined examples of modern residential architecture. Our concept for this apartment continues that spirit translating architectural precision into an interior defined by proportion, light, and material balance.
The design explores a calm and timeless atmosphere. Soft plaster surfaces, sculptural furniture forms, and carefully tuned lighting create continuity between living, dining, and private areas. Every texture from boucle upholstery to travertine and smoked oak is selected not for decoration but for depth, tactility, and how it interacts with natural light throughout the day.
The palette remains intentionally restrained, allowing material honesty to take the lead. Bronze accents, subtle artwork, and custom millwork elements connect the space to its architectural context while emphasizing craftsmanship and proportion.
Our approach combines aesthetic clarity with technical precision. Each detail is designed, modeled, and coordinated to ensure the final built result matches the visual intent from the layout and joinery to custom fixtures and lighting integration.
This concept reflects our broader philosophy at Sivak+Partners: creating interiors that feel effortless, rooted in architecture, and built to last.
