A house for a large family, located in a cottage village near Odessa.

Будинок для великої родини, розташований у котеджному селищі поруч з Одесою.

The heart of the building on the first floor is the winter garden in the center of the building. In winter, it serves as an additional dining area and relaxation space, as it is heated, and in summer, thanks to sliding windows, it becomes part of the outdoor space.

Серцевиною будівлі на першому поверсі є зимовий сад по центру будівлі. У зимовий час він є додатковою обідньою зоною і місцем відпочинку, оскільки опалюється, а влітку, завдяки розсувним вікнам, є частиною зовнішнього простору.​​​​​​​

The house has several windows in the roof, which, thanks to the orientation of the house, adds evening light to the interior.

У будинку кілька вікон у покрівлі, що завдяки орієнтації будинку додало вечірнього світла в інтер'єр.

The project was created from scratch and designed back in 2021, but due to the war, its implementation was delayed by four years.

Проект був створений з нуля і запроектований ще в 2021 році, але через війну реалізація розтягнулася на 4 роки.
