We invite you to visit a classical villa designed by an Italian architect in the late 1990s in the Canton of Geneva - a residence we had the honor to work on in 2024. For our studio, it was important to show how architecture can remain timelessly inspiring.

The project was built around the concept of Timeless Harmony - a balance between contemporary comfort and historical charm. Instead of radical transformation, we chose the path of reinterpretation. Our main goal was to preserve the authentic interior elements that reflect the character of the house, giving them new life through a dialogue between the past and the present.

Запрошуємо вас відвідати класичну віллу побудовану італійським архітектором на  на прикінці 90х років в кантоні Женева, з якою нам випала честь попрацювати в 2024 році. Для нашої студії дуже важливо показати наскільки архітектура може бути довговічно надихаючою. Проєкт вибудовувався на концепції timeless harmony - поєднанні сучасного комфорту та історичного шарму. Замість кардинальних змін ми обрали шлях переосмислення. Основною метою стало збереження автентичних елементи інтер’єру, які передають характер будинку, та надати їм нове звучання через поєднання сучасності та історії.

The ground floor of the villa welcomes you with a refined balance of comfort and elegance. A spacious kitchen flows into a bright dining room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The generous living room, opens onto the serene inner courtyard, and a secluded private home office on the opposite side.A warm composition of natural wood, soft textiles, leather, and marble defines the interior, creating an atmosphere of timeless sophistication and calm.

На першому поверсі розташовані: простора кухня з окремою їдальнею та виходом на террасу та басейн, велика вітальня з каміном з якої відкривається вид на внутрішній двір та відокремлений кабінет з іншої сторони.Тепла гама матеріалів - натуральне дерево, текстиль, шкіра, мармур - створює атмосферу стриманої розкоші та спокою.

The living room is a place of harmony and dialogue between past and present.The wooden shelving and the striking black marble fireplace were preserved as part of the original architecture, while soft furnishings by Maxalto, decorative lighting by Lolo Interior, and refined structural details such as moldings were thoughtfully introduced during our work on the interior.

Вітальня - це місце гармонії та діалог​​​​​​​у між минулим і сучасністю.Дерев’яні стелажі та акцентний камін з чорного мармуру залишився нам разом з архітектурою, а мʼякі меблі від Maxalto, декоративне освітлення від Lolo Interior, деякі структурні елементи, як молдінги ми додали в процессі нашої роботи над інтерʼєром .

The dining room is a bright, elegant space centered around a grand marble table that serves as the focal point of the room.Soft tones, clean proportions, and abundant natural light create an atmosphere of effortless sophistication, highlighting the warm and inviting family spirit of the home.

Їдальня - світлий простір із великим мармуровим столом, який став центральним елементом кімнати.М’які відтінки, чисті пропорції та природне світло формують атмосферу легкості, що підкреслює сімейний характер дому.

One of the key tasks was to preserve the existing kitchen while giving it a more contemporary feel.We chose to keep its original layout, updating only the backsplash with elegant quartz elements and adding a custom Meridiani cabinet for tableware storage beside the dining area. The entire composition is unified by a sculptural light fixture from

Giopato & Coombes, which adds a refined modern accent to the space.

The study was finished with natural wood paneling and concealed cabinetry, continuing the home’s overall aesthetic.Here, classic architecture is gently complemented by a curated composition of contemporary Italian design pieces.The ensemble of all elements creates an atmosphere of quiet concentration and refined elegance.

Кабінет, був оздоблений панелями та прихованими шафами з натурального дерева в загальній стилістику будинку: Тут в класична архітектуру ми плавно інтегрували композицію та деталі з сучасних італійських брендів: Всі елементи разом створюють атмосферу спокійної концентрації.

The second floor brings together the private quarters of the home: a master suite with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, along with three children’s bedrooms - each reflecting the personality of its young resident.Every room features its own distinctive color palette and private bathroom, ensuring comfort and a sense of independence for every member of the family.

Другий поверх об’єднує блок спалень: майстер-спальня з власною ванною кімнатою та гардеробною, а також три дитячі спальні, кожна з яких відображає характер своєї власниці.Кожна кімната має індивідуальний колористичний акцент і власний санвузол, що забезпечує комфорт і незалежність усім членам родини.

The master bedroom embodies an atmosphere of calm, warmth, and understated elegance.The authentic composition of wooden wall panels, built-in wardrobes, and a fireplace was carefully preserved, lending the space a sense of continuity and heritage.The arched elements that define and shape the room’s geometry were also retained, adding architectural rhythm and softness.

Within this classical framework, we seamlessly integrated light, contemporary furniture from Maxalto and refined lighting.A gentle palette of beige and caramel tones, complemented by natural leather details and tactile fabrics, creates a harmonious balance - a space that feels both timeless and deeply comforting.

Майстер-спальня втілює атмосферу спокою, тепла й стриманої елегантності.Тут було збережено автентичну композицію з дерев’яними панелями, вбудованими шафами та каміном, що надають простору відчуття сталості та історії. Аркові елементи які структурують простір і додають архітектурної пластики ми теж вирішили зберегти.

Нам вдалось органічно інтегрувати в цей класичний інтерʼєр легкі і сучасні меблі від Maxalto, світло, підібрати м’яку палітру бежевих і карамельних відтінків в тканинах та деталях з елементами натуральної  шкірі. Все це сформувало відчуття комфорту і гармонії.

The children’s area brings together three distinct bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the personality and age of its young resident. Every room carries its own atmosphere - from soft pastel tones and gentle forms to deeper color accents and more mature compositions.The unifying design element across all spaces, while giving each its individual charm, is the use of wallpapers by The O wallpaper.They set the tone, rhythm, and color palette of each room, becoming the key detail that ties the interiors together through subtle harmony and character.

Блок дитячих спалень поєднує три індивідуальні простори, створені з урахуванням характеру та віку кожної дитини.Кожна кімната має власну атмосферу: від ніжних пастельних відтінків і м’яких форм до глибших кольорових акцентів і доросліших композицій.

Головною ідеєю, що стилістично об’єднує всі простори, але водночас створює індивідуальний акцент кожної спальні, стали шпалери від The O wallpaper. Вони задають настрій, ритм і колористику кожної кімнати.

The lower level combines a SPA area with a hammam, a wine room, several technical spaces, a guest bedroom, and an art studio - a former laundry room thoughtfully transformed into a creative space for the children.This floor also accommodates the bedroom of the eldest daughter, complete with a private bathroom, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and direct access to the garden - a secluded and independent retreat designed especially for a teenager.

Нижній поверх обʼєднав в собі зону SPA з хамамом, винну кімнату, кілька технічних приміщень, гостьову спальню та художню майстерню - колишня пральня, яка бул​​​​​​​а переобладнана для творчості дітей.

Також на -1 поверсі своє місце знайшла спальня старшої доньки, що має власну ванну кімнату, велику гардеробну шафу а також окремий вихід у двір - це простір самостійності та відокремленості, створений саме для підлітка.

Villa Eleven is a story about respect for authenticity, family comfort, and the beauty of natural materials.Here, every element - from the lines of the parquet to the shade of the marble - reminds us that true elegance needs no display, it lives quietly in the details.
