Victory Apartment is a private residence located in the central park area of Dnipro, Ukraine, surrounded by refined historical architecture. The surrounding context plays an essential role in the spatial narrative—panoramic windows open not only to daylight but also to fragments of the city’s visual heritage. The facades with columns and classical detailing become part of the interior, forming a direct dialogue between inside and outside.

Victory Apartment — приватна квартира, розташована в Україні, у місті Дніпро, в парковій частині центрального району, оточена вишуканими історичними будівлями. Саме оточення стало важливою частиною просторової композиції — панорамні вікна впускають не лише світло, а й фрагменти міського ландшафту. Архітектурні фасади з колонами та капітелями за вікном — це не просто фон, а повноцінна частина інтер’єру, візуальне продовження композиції.

The 163 m² apartment was originally delivered as an open-plan space with no internal partitions. The client—a young woman with an architectural background and an exceptional sense of harmony—envisioned a home with subtle spatial transitions and effortless elegance. Several small balconies enhance the connection with the city and add lightness to the layout.

Квартира площею 163 м² дісталася замовниці у форматі відкритого простору — без внутрішніх перегородок і будь-якого зонування. Замовниця — молода жінка з архітектурною освітою, з винятковим смаком і тонким відчуттям гармонії. У квартирі є кілька невеликих балконів, які додають легкості та зв’язку з міським простором.

The concept of Victory Apartment is based on uncompromising quality: every solution, material, and proportion was chosen with intention—free from trends, with respect for the space and the people who inhabit it.

This is an interior without boundaries: zones flow into one another, maintaining a sense of airiness and openness. The architecture serves the human experience—its essence lies in ergonomics, silence, natural textures, and emotional tactility.

The project began in 2019 and was realized gradually over several years, through periods of global crisis and personal resilience. It is a space built outside of time—filled not with trends, but with iconic design elements and materials that grow in value over the years.

Концепція Victory Apartment ґрунтується на принципі безкомпромісного вибору: лише найкращі рішення, матеріали, пропорції — без поспіху, без модних диктатів, із повагою до простору й себе.

Це інтер’єр, де немає меж — простори плавно перетікають один в одного, зберігаючи відчуття повітря, свободи й легкості. Архітектура тут працює на людину: ергономіка, глибина, тиша, натуральні текстури — все спрямовано на якість відчуттів.

Проєкт почався ще у 2019 році, але реалізовувався поступово, через роки, кризи й трансформації. Саме тому він поза часом: замість трендових рішень — ікони дизайну, предмети з характером, речі, які лише набирають цінності з роками.

Victory Apartment is organized around a clear division between public and private zones. The public zone unfolds from the entrance hall with integrated storage and a guest bathroom, leading into an open-plan living area, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen features a separate built-in appliance wall, work surface, and central island that doubles as a social hub. Adjacent to the dining table is a large glass cabinet for collectible tableware, reflecting light and space. The living area includes a sofa, two armchairs, and a compact home office, seamlessly integrated with a full work setup and an optional rest space. The private area includes two separate bedroom suites:

– A child’s room with its own wardrobe and en-suite bathroom;

– A master suite with a freestanding island bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet area, large wardrobe, and open loggia accessible from the bedroom.

A technical utility room with laundry and engineering systems is discreetly integrated, hidden from the main visual lines of the apartment.

Квартира площею 163 м² організована за принципом чіткого поділу на загальну та приватну зони. У зоні загального користування простір розгортається від входу з інтегрованими системами зберігання та гостьовим санвузлом. Центральним ядром є об’єднана вітальня, кухня та їдальня, оформлені у спільному ритмі — відкрито, але з логічною ієрархією. Кухонна зона має окрему зону вбудованої техніки, робоча зона та острів, що функціонує як робоча поверхня й місце соціалізації. Їдальня примикає до великої скляної шафи для колекційного посуду — акцентної деталі, яка водночас виконує роль віддзеркалювального об’єкта в інтер’єрі. У зоні вітальні — м’яка група з диваном і двома кріслами, а також невеликий кабінет, інтегрований у простір, із повноцінним робочим місцем і місцем для відпочинку чи сну. Приватна частина включає дві окремі житлові зони:

– Дитяча кімната з гардеробом і власною ванною кімнатою,

– Мастер-спальня, що має окрему ванну з острівною ванною, душовою кабіною та санітарною зоною, простору гардеробну та відкриту лоджію, що виходить із спальні.

The interior was designed as a retreat from the sensory overload of urban life. Its palette is calm and grounded—earthy tones, soft terracotta, sand, warm grey-beige, and ochres create a soothing, enveloping atmosphere. All materials were selected not only for their aesthetics but also for their tactile quality. Natural wood and expressive-textured veneer are paired with stone, both in surfaces and detail work—including the custom-carved stone washbasins. These materials offer emotional depth and sensory richness that transcend function.

В основі інтер’єру — прагнення створити простір, у якому можна відпочити від візуального шуму міста. Палітра природна й заспокійлива: земляні, пісочні, теракотові, сіро-охристі й теплі бежеві відтінки формують м’яке середовище, яке не тисне, а “обволікає”. Усі матеріали обрано з урахуванням не лише естетики, а й тактильного відчуття. Активно використано натуральне дерево, шпон із виразною фактурою, каменю — як в облицюваннях, так і в деталях: з нього виконані умивальники. Ці речі мають не лише функціональне, а й емоційне значення — кожен матеріал додає відчуття автентичності й глибини.

Lighting plays a fundamental role in the spatial experience of Victory Apartment—both natural and artificial.

Natural light enters the apartment softly and diffusely, thanks to the building’s orientation. To enhance its warmth, the window reveals were painted in a soft bronze tone, creating a glow that gently reflects and disperses light even on overcast days.

Artificial lighting combines built - in technical lighting by Delta Light with curated decorative fixtures. The recessed technical lighting provides consistent ambient coverage with a warm temperature, accentuating key zones and objects while remaining visually discreet.

Accent lighting, primarily sourced from Italian brands, adds emotion and atmosphere. These fixtures interact with textures, amplify volume, and contribute to the evening rhythm of the home.

Світло відіграє ключову роль у формуванні атмосфери Victory Apartment— як природне, так і штучне.

Природне світло в інтер’єрі м’яке й розсіяне: орієнтація будівлі така, що прямі сонячні промені не потрапляють у квартиру.

Щоб підсилити глибину розсіяного світла, віконні відкоси пофарбовано у теплий бронзовий тон — він створює ефект теплих відблисків, які розтікаються простором навіть у похмурі дні.

Штучне освітлення — це поєднання вбудованих технічних світильників Delta Light Технічне світло забезпечує загальне рівномірне освітлення з теплою колірною температурою, акцентуючи ключові об’єкти і зони, при цьому залишаючись майже непомітним.

Акцентне освітлення — італійського походження, із теплими джерелами світла, що створюють вечірній настрій, працюють з текстурами й підсилюють глибину інтер’єру.

All built-in furniture was custom-designed by the studio to match the apartment’s architecture and living scenarios—integrated, functional, and spatially balanced.

Freestanding pieces are iconic selections from leading Italian brands.

The dining set—table and chairs—is from Cattelan Italia.

In the living room, two Poliform armchairs provide both comfort and visual depth, anchoring the soft seating area.

Every object was chosen not only for its form and quality but as a long-term presence in the space—timeless, elegant, and aligned with the spirit of the project.

Вбудовані меблі розроблені індивідуально — за авторськими ескізами дизайнерів, адаптовані до конфігурації простору й життєвих сценаріїв мешканців.

Окремо стоячі меблі — знакові об’єкти сучасного італійського дизайну.

Обідня група — стіл та крісла від Cattelan Italia.

Крісла у зоні вітальні — від Poliform, ідеально вписані в композицію м’якої зони, з витонченими формами й глибокою посадкою.

Ці предмети — не просто меблі, а продовження стилю життя: позачасові, якісні, сформовані зі смаком і повагою до простору.

The freestanding bathtub on a platform, located in the transition between the master bedroom and bathroom, is a central sculptural element of the apartment.

A hidden home office within the living room is another subtle highlight—flexible, functional, and private when needed.

The view from the windows—of classical architecture—becomes an integral part of the interior’s emotional landscape, extending the sense of space beyond the walls.

Ванна кімната з острівною ванною на подіумі, розташована у транзиті між спальнею і приватною зоною — одна з ключових скульптурних домінант інтер’єру.

Кабінет, що прихований у вітальні, але водночас функціонує як самостійна, повноцінна робоча зона, — ще один приклад гнучкої організації простору без втрати композиційної цілісності.

Окремо варто згадати взаємодію інтер’єру з міським ландшафтом — види з вікон формують емоційний контекст життя, стаючи візуальним продовженням дизайну.

But the most defining feature of Victory Apartment is the story of its realization. From the initial sketches in 2019 through years of global challenges—pandemic, full-scale war, uncertainty—the space evolved slowly but deliberately. Thanks to patience, clarity of vision, and a refusal to compromise on quality, the result is a home that feels calm, coherent, and wholly intentional—as if time only refined it.

Але головна особливість Victory Apartment — це історія її реалізації. Від перших креслень у 2019 році, через роки викликів — пандемію, повномасштабну війну — цей простір продовжував реалізовуватись. І саме завдяки терпінню, повазі до процесу і безкомпромісності в якості, він сьогодні виглядає так, ніби був створений без жодної паузи — цілісно, глибоко і точно.
