Redefining the typology of the desert resort.A dialogue between raw matter and the ephemeral desert landscape.

Our proposal envisions a sanctuary where architecture does not dominate the dunes, but emerges from them.The circular concrete massing acts as a shield against the harsh sun, creating a protected microclimate within.The "Parametric Bamboo" roof system acts as a passive environmental modulator, creating a breathable skin that reduces the thermal load on the monolithic concrete core below.This project explores the intersection of vernacular wisdom and computational design.Designed as a sequence of sensory thresholds: from the blinding white sand to the cool, dark concrete interiors, finally opening up to the infinite turquoise horizon.
