Inviting people to temporarily escape the orderliness of the city, this elaborately arranged "adventure" allows them to find the perfect balance between wildness and refinement, turbulence and tranquility, fulfilling urban dwellers’ dual longing for adventure exploration and exquisite habitation.

Narrative Reconstruction of the Block with the "Tropical Jungle" Theme

We will reconstruct the block with a "tropical jungle" narrative, transforming the desire of CBD elites to quickly escape the concrete jungle into a 5-minute physical and mental "voyage".

Overall Color & Texture Scheme

The overall design is based on low saturation with soft gray tones blended in. It avoids the harshness of bright colors while maintaining a consistent gentle texture ranging from deep olive green to light beige-green, inherently exuding a relaxed and healing atmosphere. It also boasts strong adaptability: whether combined with the same color system or paired with other Morandi tones, it can effortlessly create an elegant and high-end style.

Color & Material Matching of the Scene (Green, White and Wood Tones)

The scene is matched with green, white and wood tones. The softness of green, the cleanliness of white, and the naturalness of wood textures complement each other. Green plants alleviate the monotony of the space; white brightens the overall atmosphere; and wood tones add a warm, homely vibe.

The overall style is fresh and healing, enabling the space to retain a visually refreshing sense of simplicity and neatness while possessing the natural and relaxed warmth of life, creating a comfortable, livable and understated minimalist atmosphere.

Facade Design

Attached to the white base frame of the facade are gradient green diamond-shaped metal blades. The interweaving of geometric textures and color layers forms a vivid visual marker.

The shops on both sides set the mood with wood tones, whose gentle texture creates a soft balance with the modernity of the facade. The design is complemented by leisure seats and green plant decorations at the entrance.

Indoor Atrium Design

The indoor atrium integrates electronic blue screens, transparent glass bricks on the central island, green-toned installations and the curves of walnut railings.

In this transparent and lightweight space, natural greenery blends with retro details in harmony.

Shopping Mall Atrium Ceiling & Plaza Structure Design

The top of the mall atrium is equipped with waterproof canvas tension membranes. The structures in the atrium square feature a white main body connected to a green-white striped roof, forming a color echo with the green awning under the balustrade.

The white grid wood, wood-toned railings and dark wood round windows at the balustrade interweave to create distinct warm-toned details. Coupled with green plant decorations in the space, the atrium achieves a lightweight feel and a relaxed atmosphere with wooden elements.

Grand Staircase Design

The grand staircase is paved with granular gravel coating to create a rustic texture, and pure white seats add a sense of lightness. The white wooden strip grid and dark brown arched wooden railings of the balustrade interweave to form layers; wood-toned round windows and flower boxes inject a relaxed natural atmosphere.

The interlaced dark and light green awnings under the atrium continue the green tone; the platform extending in the middle creates a transparent texture with white glazed brick columns, and the dynamic lines of the blue gradient hanging rope installation turn the space into a commercial public area with a comfortable experience.

Second-Floor Space Design

The second-floor space takes white and light gray as its base. The grainy white ceiling and diamond-shaped light gray floor tiles lay a transparent and lightweight foundation.

The dark walnut arched railings soften the cold hardness with wood texture. The collision between glass bricks and red bricks on the left side wall creates material layers; silver metal ceiling fans add delicate details; and the interspersed green plants infuse the entire space with a relaxed natural atmosphere amid the minimalist texture.

This design not only suits the transparent circulation of commercial space but also creates a comfortable shopping experience with detailed textures.
