05 - create your own AI image
Hall 5 is a light and immersive space where visitors become creators, designing their own AI-generated backgrounds in four floating photo booths. The minimalistic design keeps the focus on creativity, with smooth, rounded booths and soft ambient lighting. Touchscreens allow guests to describe a scene—whether surreal or futuristic—and instantly generate a custom background for their photo. 06 - technology behind AI media creation
this hall invites visitors to step into the fascinating world of ai image creation. the space is divided into four distinct sections, each designed to guide visitors through the complex technologies that make ai-generated art, music, and videos possible. as they move through the space, the layout and entrance sizes subtly create a visual trick, enhancing the flow of the experience.
what are GANs
the first section introduces generative adversarial networks (gans), the heart of ai-generated content. presented with white letters on a black background, the information is both educational and a great photo opportunity. the text can be projected onto visitors, creating an interactive experience where they become part of the learning process, allowing the concept to come to life in front of them.
generator/discriminator
In the second section, GANs’ mechanics are demonstrated through a split display: one side shows a rough image, while the other presents the final, refined version. This illustrates the iterative process between the generator and discriminator.
neural networks
the third section focuses on other technologies that support ai creation, particularly neural networks. using a green, laser-like aesthetic, this room visually represents the structure of a neural network, which is essential for ai learning. the design emphasizes the complexity of these systems, drawing on the familiar “laser” imagery often seen in popular media when depicting neural networks.
