Dubai Uptown Apartment - 110 m²

This project presents a contemporary luxury apartment located in Dubai Uptown complex. The 110 m² residence was designed in a modern dark aesthetic, combining natural stone, marble textures and warm wooden elements.

The concept focuses on creating a refined and premium atmosphere through balanced lighting, clean geometry and material contrast. Special attention was given to the TV feature wall and kitchen island area, emphasizing texture depth and realistic material detailing.

Panoramic windows enhance the spatial perception, while hidden lighting elements create a soft and elegant ambiance.
