The underground autonomous bunker-house is an innovative solution designed to ensure comfortable and safe living during extreme situations, including an apocalypse or a nuclear explosion. The house consists of three underground levels, providing maximum protection from external threats.
The centerpiece of the house is a multi-tiered circular greenhouse equipped with vertical farming systems. This greenhouse enables the cultivation of fresh vegetables, ensuring a sustainable food supply for its inhabitants over an extended period. Advanced air and water purification systems are integrated to maintain an ecological and habitable indoor environment.
Artificial windows, designed as LED screens, create the illusion of open space by displaying any desired landscape, enhancing the psychological comfort of the residents. The interior features a modern minimalist style, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.
This house represents a vision of future architecture, blending autonomy, sustainability, and innovation to ensure survival in extreme conditions.

The underground autonomous bunker-house is thoughtfully divided into three levels, each serving specific functions for comfortable and sustainable living:
-1 Level:
• Entrance & Technical Room: The main entry point to the bunker and the technical hub of the house, responsible for air and water filtration, ventilation, and power systems.
• Garden Area: A spacious garden designed for relaxation and connection with nature.
Middle Level (-2 floor):
• Fitness Area: A gym for physical activities, essential for maintaining health during prolonged stays in confined spaces.
• Living Quarters:
• Two children’s rooms, each with private bathrooms.
• Two guest rooms with a shared bathroom on the floor.
• Library: Overlooking the atrium, the library serves as a serene space for reading and reflection.
Lower Level (-3 floor):
• Master Bedroom: Includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and separate laundry room.
• Office: A workspace for productivity and focus.
• Storage: Dedicated space for seeds, repair tools, and essential items for long-term use.
• Greenhouse: A cylindrical, multi-tiered greenhouse located at the center, with access from this level.
• Living Areas: The kitchen, dining area, living room, and bar are all located within the atrium space, fostering social interaction and comfort.
Safety Features:
Every floor includes an emergency exit leading to external fire stairs for quick and secure evacuation.
In an enclosed space without natural light, lighting plays a crucial role, not only functionally but also aesthetically. Here, lighting becomes an integral part of the design, shaping the atmosphere and creating visual accents. The centerpiece is the functional greenhouse, illuminated by pink grow lights that nurture plant growth. This lighting serves a dual purpose: supporting functionality while adding a dynamic and unique aesthetic to the interior, contrasting beautifully with the soft, zoned lighting of the kitchen and living areas.
The bunker project features furniture that embodies autonomy and technological progress. The rocket-shaped sofa symbolizes innovation and forward movement, while the satellite-inspired coffee table serves as a reminder of connection to the outside world. These pieces seamlessly combine functionality with symbolism, adding a futuristic touch to the interior.
A bunker library is a valuable resource for the restoration of civilization and ecosystems. It stores books on technology, agriculture, medicine, ecology, and education that not only aid survival but also help rebuild infrastructure. It includes guides for repairing malfunctions, caring for greenhouses, crafting tools, and more. Additionally, the library provides educational materials for children and resources to combat boredom, supporting mental and intellectual well-being for years to come.
