ABOUT

The property is located in the village of Hrybovychi, Lviv region. It is a two-story house with a total area of 250 m². The clients of this project are a young couple. Their request for the overall concept of the interior was to combine simplicity and geometric elements, with contrasting light and dark solutions, and the use of natural textures and materials.

At the entrance, there is a wardrobe and a large mirror. To the left of the entrance is an office, where the owner plans to spend most of his time working, as he works remotely. To the right is the guest bathroom and a laundry room with a separate area for pet care. The clients have a large Lagotto Romagnolo dog, and one of their specific requests was to have a separate area for washing the dog.At the end of the hallway, you can see the spacious kitchen-living room with large panoramic windows that overlook the garden. Across from the large sofa is a fireplace. All zones are evenly divided—relaxation area, cooking area, and dining area.

We barely changed the layout, leaving it almost as it was intended, only changing the furniture arrangement.One special feature of this house is the light in the living room. The ceiling height in this room is over 7 meters, and the large number of windows fills the space with natural light.

The flooring combines porcelain stoneware with parquet. The accent light fixture above the dining table is from a Ukrainian manufacturer Makhno Product, which was a special request from the client, as she really wanted it in her interior. Another interesting element is the greenery and decorative lighting under the stairs.

On the second floor, to the left of the stairs, is the owners' bedroom with a large wardrobe and a king-size bed. This is the room where we began developing the overall visual concept for the house. Here, we found the color palette and materials that will be reflected throughout the property.

Next to the bedroom is the master bathroom with a large freestanding bathtub and a shower area. On the right side of the stairs are two children's room.
