URBAN ORGANIZATION PROJECT OF "NOR JRADZOR" DISTRICT IN SHIRAK PROVINCE (DIPLOMA PROJECT)

Jradzor district is located in the northern part of Shirak region of Armenia, near Masis district. In addition to Masis and Jradzor, Kaps, Gtashen, Aregnadem and Hoghmik districts are located in that region. Livestock and horticulture predominate in the community, so this function will be preserved in the proposed project. Almost all of the districts surveyed were in poor condition. The public-administrative infrastructure was incomplete, and the roads were grounded, which was taken into account in the proposed project. The projected district will be ecologically clean, smart, will use wind and solar energy, as well biogas. Nor Jradzor district is designed so that the main axis ends with a wonderful panorama typical of Shirak and with promenade alley, which stretches along the border of the whole district.

ELDERS NURSING HOME

In the whole region, as well as in Jradzor district, the number of young people who went abroad for work prevails, that is why the main volume is the nursing home for the elderly. It is de- signed for 85 people. Here I have planned gas shelters, rooms intended for special therapies, a resort-entertainment part. When designing the nursing home, I used the norms of the Swiss nursing homes, the projects that have already been implemented. There are open terraces that provide permanent chaos with nature. The nursing home is designed to be as comfortable as possible so that adults can enjoy their dignified old age.
