CITY PROJECT WITH 3000 INHABITANTS NEAR GYULAGARAK VILLAGE

The city is located in the proximity of the Gargar and Gyulagarak villages. It is oriented so that it stretches from the south to the north. The City's roads connect to the closest highway in the city's northwest and northeast. The residential zone consists of 3-4 story tall buildings(2650 inhabitants), the ground levels of which are used as public and commercial spaces, and separate houses(350 inhabitants). The  industrial zone of the city is located in the northernmost part and is dedicated to the manufacturing of honey. The land adjacent to the manufacturing plant is occupied by beehives. An impressive view of "Dendropark" opens from the southern part of the city, which is reserved for resort use. The stadium and its adjacent sport academy are located in the southeast. The city is full of parks, which provide clean air, protect the buildings from strong winds, harmful sunlight, and noise. The inner yards of the buildings feature vegetated zones and playgrounds.
