Description:

The building, designed as twin villas, is located in the Tecde District of Malatya. Two separate independent sections have their own open and semi-open living spaces. Wooden facade cladding, which provides the integration of the building with nature and creates a warm effect, and facade ceramics that harmonize with this texture are applied on the façade. The linear lines were used to emphasize the design both horizontally and vertically.

The building, which was built on a sloping land, is accessed from the ground floor and the main living areas are located on this floor. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. On the basement floor, which provides the transition to the back garden, there are common areas and a winter garden.
