Project Overview

A series of high-end visualizations for several apartments in a residential building under construction. The goal was to create sophisticated and inviting renders that would capture the atmosphere of each space and inspire potential buyers even before completion.

Result

The visualizations became a key sales tool for the developer: all apartments were sold out during the construction phase, and the client praised the work for its elegance and realism.

The visualizations showcase various living spaces within the complex: a cozy kitchen with a dining area and terrace access, complemented by a fireplace; a stylish living room featuring a black leather sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the terrace; and a modern kitchen in another apartment with black stone cabinetry and a round table surrounded by soft, colorful chairs.

The project features two bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs. The first bathroom is clad in black stone tiles and adorned with a luxurious crystal chandelier in a baroque style, creating a dramatic and elegant atmosphere. The second bathroom contrasts with a light-toned palette and features sloped ceilings, offering a bright and airy space with refined architectural details.

The living room combined with the kitchen is designed in warm wooden tones. Rich wood materials dominate the space, complemented by a central textile sofa that adds softness and comfort. Beyond the sofa, the dining area and kitchen island are visible, seamlessly integrating the entire living space into a cohesive and inviting environment.

The last two renders reveal intimate corners of the home: a private gym in deep, dark tones, where exercise equipment is visible behind glass, complemented by a soft relaxation area with a pouf and side tables. The attic living room impresses with a panoramic window featuring a graceful slope, offering views of the cityscape, while a warm fireplace beneath the window adds coziness and a sense of homely warmth.
