Rendify // BR Associates65 W 13th Street
Multi Space Architectural Visualization Package
BR 65 W 13th Street required a complete visualization package for four spaces developed simultaneously across the building. The scope included the exterior facade, ground floor lobby, rooftop terrace, and 285 rooftop penthouse, all designed to move in parallel.
Our goal was to establish a unified architectural identity through high-fidelity, photorealistic imagery that aligned materiality, lighting, and atmosphere across every view. The visuals supported live design development, client presentations, and final marketing deliverables, while allowing flexibility for ongoing revisions as the project evolved.
This project was developed as a multi space visualization effort, bringing together the Exterior Facade, Ground Floor Lobby, Rooftop Terrace, and 285 Rooftop Penthouse under one cohesive visual language. The imagery highlights refined materials, accurate geometry, atmospheric lighting, and authentic NYC environmental context. Each space was produced in parallel, allowing design decisions in one area to inform the visual continuity of the entire building.
From masks to moment.
Rooftop terrace for BR Design Associates, built from clean semantic passes into a fully realized outdoor living space.
Every surface, material, and light decision engineered upstream, so the final image sells the vision without guesswork.
A rooftop designed to feel lived in, not staged.
For BR Design Associates, this terrace balances warmth, material restraint, and skyline drama, translating design intent into an atmosphere clients can immediately picture themselves in.
A first impression that sets the tone.
The lobby pairs clarity and warmth through considered lighting, material balance, and scale, designed to welcome residents while quietly signaling the building’s character.
A street-level presence that feels anchored, lived-in, and unmistakably urban.
The exterior façade balances historic proportion with contemporary detailing, designed to sit naturally within the rhythm of the city rather than overpower it.
The space in motion.
This animated penthouse living room captures how light, material, and atmosphere shift throughout the day, turning a static design into an experience you can actually feel.
