Concept for the Development Company

Our joint project with the development company in a private, custom-built residential complex.

Two identical houses are a visually harmonious combination. They are made of large-format porcelain stoneware in light-colored concrete with refined anthracite graphic elements. This creates a clean architectural solution, emphasizing the geometry of each house.

Flexibility in construction is one of the advantages of this project.

One of the special accents is the first floor where the master unit is located.

The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that we give the builder the opportunity to transform the layout to his liking. If preferences lean towards single-storey architecture, our project is ready to offer you an option.

Each room of this house faces inwards - into a cosy and private courtyard with a swimming pool. The sliding system provides access to the common terrace, while the glazing is designed to maximize the light.

This creates an atmosphere of privacy, where you can enjoy peace and tranquility, regardless of the bustle of the outside world.
