The unusual architecture of the house is dictated by the separation of children from parents and the desire for seclusion, quietness, and relaxation.The central part - the main one - is the living space for the homeowners, where on the first floor there is a large living room and kitchen, while the dining area transitions into a gallery.

This transition connects the central part to the guest house, where besides a guest bedroom, there are rooms for staff, utility rooms, and a garage.Another part of the house is dedicated to adult children. This part also houses a spa complex with a pool, sauna, and hammam. The spa complex has access to a terrace, and a gym is located in the gallery.Bedrooms are mainly located on the second floor, so the first floor connects the three parts of the house with galleries, creating architectural integrity for the project. A stunning view of the surroundings can be seen from the large terrace.
