This project is a rebranding of a restaurant in St. Petersburg. Moo Moo restaurant (Round Table Group) project: a synthesis of industrial charm and modern functionality. SNOB architectural bureau presents the unique Moo Moo restaurant project, where the rugged aesthetic of industrial style harmonizes with contemporary comfort. Centered around a single spacious hall, the meticulously designed space balances coziness and dynamism.

A wooden ceiling with exposed beams underscores the industrial character, while layered lighting highlights key features. Daylight streams through windows adorned with low-hung functional curtains, complemented by pendant lights in burgundy-terracotta hues.The focal point is a custom art piece—a chandelier inspired by the Moo Moo logo. This design element not only establishes rhythm but also serves as a memorable brand symbol.

The dining area embraces diversity: square tables combining stone, metal, and wood are paired with matching chairs, while round tables with wooden undersides contrast with minimalist chairs on matte bases, softened by plush cushions.Upholstered benches along the walls offer alternative seating. White stone flooring visually unifies the zones while preserving an airy ambiance.

The interior is anchored by massive brick walls, with the lower three-quarters clad in glossy white tiles accented with green tones. This approach not only adds visual lightness but also evokes classic bistros. Strategically placed mirrors amplify the sense of space, reflecting light and textures.The open kitchen, featuring a robust white-tiled bar counter, acts as the conceptual heart. A stone countertop and semi-bar stools with metal frames and leather upholstery blend natural textures with sleek technology.

The entrance is marked by a backlit burgundy metal grille, doubling as both art and a navigational landmark. Perimeter tables are illuminated by pendant lights, fostering intimacy in the evenings.The staircase to the restrooms embodies a material dialogue: stone steps seamlessly transition into wooden treads. The restroom area embraces minimalism with white tiles, wooden mosaic accents, and a monolithic tiled sink. Framed mirrors and lacquered wood doors add warmth and polish.

Moo Moo Restaurant is a project where every detail serves the concept. The interplay of raw textures, strategic lighting, bold contrasts, and bespoke art creates a space that is both functional and unforgettable.Here, architecture enhances the culinary experience, embodying the brand's distinctive identity.
