HOUSE IN LOSEVO. DESIGN

Location: Losevo, Russia

Area: 720 m²

The house is located in Losevo, Russia.  This project with mysterious architecture has a neutral design with natural motifs and contrasts.  Regular geometric shapes are softened by irregular natural lines.

This bright project consists of a neutral base and accents.  The accents are dominated by muted red.  Laconic furniture also contrasts with colored interior and decor elements.  The house has several bedrooms, a large office and two living rooms on different floors.  The floors are connected by a large curved staircase topped with modern lighting.

The living room of the house in Losevo is a competently zoning space, which, due to the geometry of the contrasting blocks, looks solid and complete.

The combination of stone and wood allows you to feel the surrounding landscape: the rough texture of the stone is set off by regular shapes.

A soft seating area and a dining room are located so that from any point in the space one can observe the view from the windows.

The curvature of the stairs and wooden railings emphasize the naturalness, the presence of living plants in combination with futuristic lighting makes the picture of the house more attractive.

The bedroom is made in light shades.  Natural and nuanced lighting, rounded shapes give the bedroom a cosiness.  A conveniently located ergonomic dressing room maintains the color scheme of the bedroom.

Despite the panoramic glazing in most rooms, privacy is not lost.The bathroom uses familiar textures.  The space feels quite austere, due to the direct black and white contrast.

The second bathroom has lighter shades and the only color accent is a terracotta bath.  Due to the light walls, it looks light, airy.  There are also natural elements in the form of a wooden part.

Terracotta is also used in the bedroom, where the colored background is also reflected in the painting above the bed. The simplicity of the horizontal lines elongates the space;  designer accents are combined with neutral furniture.

A small bathroom with marble and glass is made in white: two walls in it are made of textured glass blocks.

The men's bathroom and dressing room are dark and strict.  A shell made of raw stone catches your eye.

The house has a spacious home office with accented abstract paintings.  Light furniture, textured textiles and a minimalist desktop complement the interior with ceiling lighting and a soft-shaped floor lamp.

Another relaxation area overlooks the inner garden with a dining area.  The large space, accessed via a curved staircase, includes sofas, an armchair and a coffee table.

A contrasting bedroom with a red glossy wall is both a provocative and restrained room with its own dressing room and bathroom.

The house has another bedroom, laconic and neutral.  The texture of wood and light walls are a classic combination.  There is nothing superfluous in this room, there is no abundance of decor and bright accents, which makes it minimalistic.

The wine cellar with tasting area is an incredibly stylish space: glass, warm light, textured walls and wood create a backdrop for the marble tasting table in the center.
