RESTAURANT IN ST.-PETERSBURG​​​​​​​

Area: 270m2​​​​​​​

Breakfast all day, amazing coffee and more than 70 kinds of wine in the evening. It looks likea dream. So we designed a great interior for this project.Restaurant Is located in the center of St. Petersburg. The design has got its own distinctivespirit and history.

The main hall of the restaurant is furnished with tables made of wood and sofas by thewindow. Much of the tableware and decorations were sourced in Italy and Sweden.

An original mix of surfaces can be found throughout all areas of the restaurant, which featureplenty of terazzo, stainless steel and wood. The ceilings have been left in their originalvintage look. We have successfully played on the contrast by complementing them with steelhoods and pendant lights.

The space embraces the raw beauty of the well-proportionedbuilding. The functional features of the restaurant service are addressed with delicateinserts. A wine cabinet made of steel in the hall. Coffee machine on the bar counter. Open kitchen.

A bas-relief in the form of grains was added to the walls. It evokes the association with freshbread and pastries served in a restaurant. The gray monolithic floor features pointing linesthat combine functionality and aesthetics. The idea of a line on the floor is supported by thecurved upholstered sofas by the window. The general feeling of the project: lightness,expensiveness without pathos.

The interior successfully combines items from Italian and Swedish designers

A unique feature of the restaurant is a jewelry in the adjoining hall.

We have found a proportional balance of dark and light, poetic and pragmatic.The design not only created a space for enjoying food and drinks, but also an atmospherefor escaping from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
