ABOUT

The main idea of the project is to maximize the integration  of  the  modern  house  into  the  natural landscape and local architecture of Georgia. The architects faced the task of placing the two-storey house on an elevated position with an orientation to the panoramic view of Tbilisi.

Основной идеей проекта является максимальная интеграция современного дома в природный ландшафт и местную  архитектуру Грузии. Перед  архитекторами  стояла  задача   разместить двухэтажный дом на возвышенности с ориентацией на панорамный вид Тбилиси.

CONCEPT

The concept of the house solves the issue of perception of architecture  from  the  street  side  and makes it visually one-storey. The panoramic glazing and single-storey volume of the common area combined with wooden elements make the perception of the house incredibly light and harmonious. The two-storey volume, where the private rooms are located, is oriented towards the courtyard and fits perfectly into the landscape of the courtyard area.

Концепция дома решает вопрос  восприятия  архитектуры  со  стороны  улицы  и  делает  его визуально  одноэтажным.  Панорамное  остекление   и   одноэтажный    объем   общей   зоны

в сочетании  с  деревянными   элементами   делают   восприятие  дома  невероятно   легким

и  гармоничным.   Двухэтажный   объем,   в   котором   расположены  приватные  помещения, ориентирован во двор и прекрасно вписывается в ландшафт дворовой территории.

ARCHITECTURE

The architecture   of   the  house  uses  natural  materials  emphasizing  local  authenticity.  Visually,

the house is placed on a concrete stylobate, in the volume of which technical rooms and parking  lot are located. The combination of clinker bricks and natural wood makes the architecture of the house expressive and easy to perceive. Panoramic  glazing  gives  the  architecture a modernist  character and makes it even more modern and expressive.

В   архитектуре    дома   использованы    природные    материалы   подчеркивающие  местную аутентичность.   Визуально   дом   размещен   на  бетонном  стилобате,   в   объеме   которого разместились технические помещения и парковка для авто.  Сочетание  клинкерного  кирпича

и натурального дерева  делает  архитектуру  дома  выразительной  и  легкой  для  восприятия. Панорамное остекление придает архитектуре модерновый  характер  и  делает ее  еще более современной и выразительной.
