DESIGN PROJECT FOR A GIRL'S ROOM

The children’s room is designed as a warm, calm, and tactile environment where a child feels safe, comfortable, and free to imagine.The concept is based on soft aesthetics, natural tones, and poetic imagery of clouds and birds, creating a sense of lightness and dreamlike atmosphere.

This interior is not purely playful — it is a timeless space that grows together with the child.

The color palette is built on powder pink, beige, and warm milky shades, complemented by natural wood textures and soft terracotta accents.

These colors create emotional comfort, visually enlarge the space, and maintain a balanced, gentle interior without visual overload.

The key visual accent is the custom wallpaper depicting clouds and flying birds – a symbol of dreams, imagination, and freedom. Vertical wooden slat panels add rhythm and depth, balancing the softness of the artwork with structure and elegance.

All furniture has rounded shapes and soft silhouettes, ensuring safety and visual harmony:

a bed with a soft headboard creates a feeling of security;

a workspace by the window receives natural daylight;

a dressing table looks light and elegant;

built-in storage systems maintain order and visual cleanliness. Each element supports comfortable everyday scenarios for the child.

The textiles are chosen in calm, natural tones – flowing curtains, a soft carpet with organic patterns, and cozy decorative pillows. Toys and accessories are carefully integrated into the design, becoming part of the overall composition, rather than creating visual clutter.

The lighting is designed in layers: soft perimeter ceiling lighting creates a cozy atmosphere; wall lamps provide soft evening lighting; decorative light accents add depth and warmth. The lighting enhances the mood without overwhelming the space.

The room conveys a feeling of calm, warmth, and security. It is a space for reading, playing, dreaming, relaxing, and growing. The interior is aesthetically sophisticated for adults and truly comfortable for a child.
