A modern residential project, representing a duplex in the current “barn house” style. The architecture of the building is based on the concept of two mirrored volumes, where each residence occupies an area of 370 square meters.

The facades are finished with a striking combination of textured light brick and vertical wooden slats, giving the building a warm yet austere appearance. Panoramic glazing and spacious terraces provide maximum sunlight and visually unite the interior with the surrounding landscape. The project includes a private recreation area with a swimming pool and covered parking integrated into the overall architectural ensemble.
