本案以现代简约设计为核心，整体色调沉稳大气。空间搭配浅木色吊顶与白色地面，层次清晰。黑色皮质沙发质感厚重，与大理石纹理茶几形成材质对比，整体空间线条利落，平衡了美学表达与居住舒适度，呈现出简洁宜居的客厅氛围。

This design centres on a contemporary minimalist aesthetic, featuring an overall palette of deep, sophisticated tones. The space is defined by a light wood ceiling paired with white flooring, creating clear visual layers. The substantial black leather sofa contrasts richly with the marble-patterned coffee table, while clean, crisp lines throughout the room strike a balance between aesthetic expression and comfortable living. The result is a living room atmosphere that is both uncluttered and inviting.

下沉式客厅以双层挑高结构拓展空间尺度。大理石纹理吧台与浅木色、黑色护墙板形成材质对比。玻璃护栏楼梯衔接上下楼层，保证通透感的同时强化空间层次。收纳柜体兼顾展示与储物功能，整体设计利落简约，在通透感与私密性间取得平衡，呈现现代宜居的下沉空间氛围。

The sunken living area expands spatial dimensions through a double-height structure. The marble-textured bar counter contrasts with light wood and black panelling. A glass-balustrade staircase connects the levels, ensuring transparency while enhancing spatial layering. Storage units combine display and storage functions, with the overall design maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. This achieves a balance between openness and privacy, creating a contemporary, liveable atmosphere within the sunken space.

岛台以天然大理石为核心材质，纹理自然且富有层次，底部暗藏灯带勾勒轮廓，营造柔和氛围感。嵌入式水槽设计兼顾轻食操作与日常实用。黑色木饰面高柜形成材质对比，局部透光石点缀提亮视觉。在实用功能与美学表达间取得平衡。

The island counter features natural marble as its core material, showcasing organic veining with rich depth. Concealed LED strips along its base outline the silhouette, creating a soft ambient glow. The integrated sink design accommodates both light meal preparation and daily practicality. Black wood-veneered tall cabinets provide a contrasting texture, while translucent stone accents add visual brightness. This achieves a harmonious balance between functional utility and aesthetic expression.

过道以简约利落的线条构建通透动线，规整布局弱化通道感。白色大尺寸地砖延伸视觉。木饰面柜体与隐形门、玻璃展示柜组合，兼顾收纳与展示功能；左侧自然衔接客厅岛台与沙发区，过渡流畅。整体色调统一，在保证动线流畅的同时，强化了现代简约的空间质感。

The corridor employs clean, crisp lines to create an unobstructed flow, while its orderly layout minimises the sense of passage. Large-format white floor tiles extend the visual horizon. Wood-veneered cabinetry combines with concealed doors and glass display units, balancing storage and exhibition functions. To the left, it seamlessly connects to the living room island and sofa area, ensuring a smooth transition. The unified colour palette reinforces the modern minimalist spatial quality while maintaining fluid circulation.

电视墙区域以纯白墙面为底，嵌入黑色大屏电视，右侧木格栅搭配线性灯柔化硬朗感，下方大理石地台兼具收纳与展示功能，旁侧木色开放格丰富层次。另一侧木饰面与玻璃展示柜组合，兼顾储物与展示需求，双层挑空结构搭配玻璃护栏楼梯，强化通透感。整体材质对比和谐，色调统一。

The television wall area features a pure white backdrop with an integrated black large-screen television. To the right, wooden slatted panels paired with linear lighting soften the stark lines, while the marble plinth below serves dual storage and display functions. Adjacent open shelving in wood tones adds depth and dimension. Opposite, a combination of wood panelling and glass display cabinets accommodates both storage and exhibition needs. A double-height structure with a glass-balustrade staircase enhances the sense of openness. The overall material contrast is harmonious, with a unified colour palette.

楼梯以悬浮式的形式，运用大面积大花白岩板踏步，纹理自然舒展，搭配无框玻璃护栏，在保证通透感的同时强化安全防护。楼梯衔接上下楼层，与过道的木色房门、白色墙面及大尺寸地砖形成材质与色调的和谐统一。

The staircase adopts a suspended design, featuring large-format white marble slabs for the treads with naturally flowing veining. Paired with frameless glass balustrades, this configuration ensures both visual openness and enhanced safety. Connecting the upper and lower floors, the staircase harmoniously unifies materials and tones with the timber-toned doors, white walls, and large-format floor tiles along the corridor.

一楼餐厅以现代简约风格为基调，圆形大理石餐桌纹理自然舒展，搭配浅灰色皮质餐椅，线条利落柔和。顶面铜色环形吊灯与白色艺术灯组合，营造温暖用餐氛围。

The ground-floor restaurant adopts a contemporary minimalist aesthetic, featuring circular marble dining tables with naturally flowing veining. These are paired with light grey leather dining chairs, whose clean lines offer a soft, refined silhouette. The ceiling showcases a combination of copper-toned circular pendant lights and white art lamps, creating a warm and inviting dining atmosphere.

空间以现代质感为核心。圆形大理石餐桌纹理自然舒展，视觉通透且稳固，浅灰色皮质餐椅线条利落，舒适度与颜值兼具。整体色调以白、灰、木色为主，材质对比和谐，布局流畅实用。

The space centres on a contemporary aesthetic. The circular marble dining table features naturally flowing veining, offering visual transparency and solidity. The light grey leather dining chairs boast clean lines, combining comfort with visual appeal. The overall palette centres on white, grey and wood tones, with harmonious material contrasts and a layout that is both fluid and practical.
