The villa design features what could be called a Contemp. Saudi interior design.

The real estate market in Saudi Arabia today usually offers rectangular linear villas, that preserves the Saudi way of planning houses,that divides the house to spaces according to privacy, it starts with Majlis (sitting for guests), then a living room for the family with dining.Both the living and the majlis are connected to an outdoor area.

with separate entrances, one for the guests and the other for the family. And finally the bedrooms each with a dressing and separate toilet.

All the spaces are linked to the outdoor.

The design features a minimalist Japandi design with a Najdi spirit.
