About:

VOZ is a creative production company specializing in cinematic direction, music production, and television content. With a bold vision to support and elevate emerging talents.The team behind VOZ decided to take their mission a step further by creating a dedicated creative workspace in Jeddah.

Not our first collaboration with VOZ!

After successfully designing their main headquarters in Riyadh, the client returned to Dusk Architecture with a new challenge:

"Design a space where ideas are born, talents are hosted, and creativity is celebrated."

The result is VOZ Creative Workspace, A physical extension of the company’s identity, designed to nurture innovation, foster artistic collaboration, and become a cultural hub for the creative community.

The Guest Lounge.

A casual yet expressive corner furnished with a low-profile modular sofa, ideal for welcoming guests, hosting interviews, or recording informal podcast sessions. It strikes a balance between comfort and visibility — placed deliberately near the entry side of the hall to create a natural social anchor.

Meeting Table

In the middle of the Studio Floor, the Idea Table sits at the center of everything — open, accessible, and always ready. It’s surrounded by all the other zones: the Guest Lounge, the shooting corner, and the team rooms. This makes it a natural meeting point for quick catch-ups, brainstorming, or sharing ideas during workshops.

Located at the far end of the Studio Floor, The White Stage is the dedicated zone for photography, product shoots, and content creation. It’s designed around a clean white backdrop that offers full flexibility — whether it's for filming tutorials, promotional shots, or quick creative sessions during workshops.

Team Rooms and Feature corridor

The Team Rooms are compact yet efficient workspaces designed to support small creative groups. Each room can host around 4 to 6 people — ideal for focused teamwork, editing sessions, or mini workshops.

These rooms offer privacy without full isolation. They're acoustically comfortable, visually modern, and perfectly integrated into the open layout. Positioned next to the Studio Floor and circulation path, they keep teams close to the action while giving them the space they need to work in sync.

With glass elements and clear zoning, the design encourages transparency, collaboration, and flexibility — all key values of the VOZ Creative Workspace.

Feature Corridor

More than just a corridor, this space acts as a visual and spatial break between zones. Defined by its bold blue enclosure and the presence of a sculptural focal point, it becomes a memorable moment in the journey through the workspace.

The Transition Zone connects the reception to the rest of the space — including the Studio Floor, Team Rooms, and Lounge. While it serves a functional role in circulation, it also reflects the creative energy of VOZ through its colors, contrast, and that iconic sculptural element standing at its center. It’s a short walk that leaves a lasting impression.

Workstations

The Workstations zone is designed with comfort and clarity in mind — a space where creatives can spend long hours editing, designing, or managing their tasks without visual fatigue.

The ceiling here is clean white, which brightens the room and opens up the space. Touches of deep blue are used gently throughout — just enough to bring in the identity of the workspace without overwhelming the eye. It’s a subtle design move that supports focus and well-being.

Lounge room

The Lounge Room at VOZ is bold, immersive, and designed to leave a lasting impression, and the room isn’t just for resting. It’s a creative pause with attitude — a visual statement, and an experience on its own.

Wrapped in black metallic wave panels that reflect deep blue LED lights, the entire space feels cinematic — almost surreal. A looping video of an eye plays on a large screen, giving the room a mysterious, almost haunting presence.

In the center, a large sculptural blue sofa coils around a custom metallic bar, creating an unusual yet inviting layout. The black ceiling adds depth, while the lighting gives the space a vibrant electric tone.

Design in Process

The final outcome of the VOZ Creative Workspace is not just a result of aesthetic decisions — it is rooted in a rigorous and well-orchestrated design process.

From early space planning and zoning studies, to technical detailing and materials coordination, every element was carefully developed and refined. These technical drawings and diagrams reflect the behind-the-scenes layers that made the design work — spatially, functionally, and visually.
