The aim was to create an open, seamless environment where the office feels connected as one cohesive space, without losing the individuality of each area. The layout is organized around a central reception and client lounge, acting as the heart of the office and naturally guiding movement throughout the space.

The open-plan layout is subtly organized by a central mass that defines circulation and function without disrupting visual continuity. This architectural element gently separates the reception zone from the workspace and break area. The result is a fluid spatial hierarchy that balances openness with privacy, allowing each function to operate independently while remaining visually connected.​​​​​​​

The lounge is conceived as an easygoing, multi-use space where informal sales meetings can happen naturally, without the feel of a formal meeting room. At the same time, it acts as a subtle showcase for the company’s projects, with display elements woven into the design rather than standing out on their own

The break area remains visually connected to the workspace and reception while establishing its own distinct atmosphere. By reinterpreting the material palette, soft lighting, and refined detailing introduced at the reception, the space maintains design continuity while expressing a more relaxed and intimate mood.

The workstations are defined by a simple yet confident design language, drawing on the same materials and elements introduced in the reception area to maintain visual continuity throughout the space. Integrated lighting is built directly into the workstations, providing focused illumination while keeping the ceiling clean, seamless, and free of visual clutter. This approach reinforces a sense of order and calm, allowing the architecture and furnishings to speak with quiet strength.
