抵达赤间之家的入口前，首先映入眼帘的是一棵巍然矗立的古树。它的体量、树龄以及挺拔的姿态，让你不由得驻足仰望。在旁侧，初次出现的水面映照着天光与枝影，暗示着某种元素将在日后重现：水在关键节点悄然浮现，界定着休憩停顿之处，为这段空间之旅带来宁静之感。

The entrance to Casa Akama is preceded by the presence of an imposing tree. Its scale, its age, and the way it stands tall compel you to look up, to pause. Off to the side, the first appearance of water reflects light and the movement of the branches, hinting at something that will reappear later: water emerges at key moments, marking pauses and bringing a sense of calm to the journey.

门厅是一个开阔的双层挑高空间。其通透的结构让荫凉与绿意得以穿透，仿佛这座建筑小心翼翼地不去打断土地上原有的存在。当你穿行于屋内，清水混凝土墙面引人触碰。木纹模板留下的印记，使其质地多孔且略带不规则感：这种肌理诉说着建造的过程，并自然地回应着当地气候，带来此处所需的清凉。

The foyer is a generous double-height volume. Its open structure allows shade and greenery to pass through, as if the house were careful not to interrupt what already exists on the land. As you move through the house, the exposed concrete walls invite touch. Board-formed, porous, and slightly irregular: its texture speaks of the construction process and responds naturally to the local climate, offering the freshness the house requires.

由此前行，你会从一座连接着上层房间的桥下穿过。空间随之向起居室敞开——又是一个双层挑高区域，放大着光线的进入。黑色的钢梁界定出结构的韵律，而大面积的玻璃窗则映照着室外的景象：摇曳的树叶、婆娑的光影与变幻的天空。这座建筑并不试图分隔内外，而是让它们交融。界限变得模糊，景观成为室内的一部分。

From there, you pass beneath a bridge that later connects the upper-level rooms. In doing so, the space opens up toward the living room—another double-height space that amplifies the entry of light. Black steel beams set the rhythm of the structure, while large windows reflect what’s happening outside: leaves, shadows, and a changing sky. Rather than trying to separate interior from exterior, the house allows them to merge. Boundaries blur, and the landscape becomes part of the interior.

底层空间向两侧翼展开。一侧是厨房与露台，它们与花园无缝衔接，不分主次。空间流畅无阻，邀请生活无碍地融入。而另一侧，主卧室则成为一个更为私密、近乎独立的空间。它拥有通往花园和泳池的专属通道，泳池是这座房子里最大的水体。

The ground floor unfolds in two wings. On one side, the kitchen and terrace blend seamlessly with the garden, without hierarchy. The space flows uninterrupted, inviting life without barriers. On the other hand, the main bedroom becomes a more private, almost autonomous space. It has its own access to the garden and to the pool, the largest container of water in the house.

泳池被一片棕榈树林环绕，成为一个被庇护的私密角落，水声潺潺与枝叶摇曳共同营造出难以复制的氛围——这是一种相伴相生而非强加于人的宁静。

Surrounded by a grove of palms, the pool becomes a sheltered, intimate spot, where the sound of water and the sway of leaves create an atmosphere that’s hard to replicate—a calm that accompanies rather than imposing.

楼上，横跨空中的桥连接着三间卧室和一个休息区。每间卧室都拥有各自的露台，旨在迎接阳光、空气与绿植。从那里望去，视线透过树梢过滤，周围的声音悠然飘入，使得每个空间都感觉与周遭景致直接而宁静地相连——毫无矫饰。

Upstairs, the bridge that crosses the void connects three bedrooms and a lounge. Each has its own terrace, designed to welcome light, air, and vegetation. From there, the view filters through the treetops, and the sounds of the surroundings drift in effortlessly, making each space feel directly and peacefully tied to the landscape—without artifice.

材料各司其职，相互交织。它们仿佛知晓何时该凸显自身，何时该退居幕后：灰色混凝土让绿意成为主角。钢材以谦逊的方式连接与支撑。玻璃将户外景致放大引入。出现在外墙和地面的石材，将房屋锚固于大地之上。最后，木材在最需要的地方增添温暖。

The materials play their part by weaving into each other. They seem to know when to stand out and when to give way: gray concrete lets the greenery take center stage. Steel connects and supports discreetly. Glass amplifies the outdoors. Stone, present in exterior walls and floors, anchors the house to the land. And finally wood adds warmth exactly where it’s needed.

Casa Akama is designed to coexist with its surroundings. To open when it must, to shelter when needed, and to let the outside come in naturally. It’s a place that knows how to converse with the landscape—calmly, and without hurry.
