The project reflects the character of its surrounding context, which is defined by a strong heritage identity and a calm healing oriented environment. Rather than imposing a foreign architectural language, the design responds sensitively to its setting, translating the spirit of the place into a contemporary architectural expression that respects both history and human well-being.

CONCEPT

The design concept focuses on achieving a balanced integration between contemporary architecture and local identity. The building mass and façade composition are inspired by the surrounding context, using natural materials and earthy tones to create a calm and welcoming architectural expression.

A clear and inviting main entrance defines the project’s identity, while transparent elements enhance visual connectivity and natural daylight. The rhythmic arrangement of openings and shading elements reduces visual mass, ensures privacy, and reinforces a human-scale, timeless design that responds harmoniously to its environment.

FORM GENERATION

The main entrance is designed as a clear and welcoming focal point, expressing the project’s identity and enhancing legibility. Generous glazing is used to establish a strong visual connection between interior and exterior spaces, allowing natural light to penetrate deeply into the building. Vertical openings and shading elements are rhythmically arranged to reduce the perceived mass of the building, enhance visual balance, and ensure privacy.

The architectural composition is driven by a sense of​​​​​​​ tranquility, balance, and visual restraint, qualities that are essential to the therapeutic nature of the area. Clean volumes, controlled proportions, and a clear hierarchy of masses were carefully developed to create a calm urban presence that blends harmoniously with the existing fabric.

Material selection plays a key role in reinforcing this concept. The use of natural-toned stone, textured surfaces, and warm accent materials evokes a sense of permanence and familiarity, echoing traditional architectural references while maintaining a modern and refined identity. These materials contribute not only to the visual character of the project but also to the emotional comfort of its users.

Shading elements and façade patterns inspired by local architectural heritage were reinterpreted in a contemporary manner, allowing the building to respond to climate conditions while adding depth and rhythm to the façades. This approach enhances environmental performance and reinforces the connection between architecture, culture, and climate.
